Top Players That You Think Are Overrated?

Higuain if anything is underated. No one ever mentions him for top strikers in the world but he is.

 

Disagree mate. He can go in and out of games but he does this certainly less than he used to. He's always a threat and I never anticipated he would be as good as he has been for Chelsea when he signed for them.

 

Fernando Torres is one of the top 5 strikers in the world, how can he be over-rated?

 

Because people are generally retards with short memory spans.

 

Yeah Torres is brilliant , I wrote about him a page back so not going to go into it but I can't believe how people think he is over-rated.

Same goes to Higuain , in the last two years he has been lethal infront of goal and he is very skillful.

 

Think Torres is a quality player but i have to listen to liverpool fans saying he is the best player in the world by miles which he clearply is not, havent seen him play well in a long time but in fairness he's been injured. Nani on the other hand does my head in and I dont even like united, watched him against valencia and counted him needlessly giving the ball away 11 times, personally think i wouldn even give it away that much.

Havent seen me play have you? Seriously though half the times were needless and top players do not give the ball away that many times. So frustrating when a pro cant pass the ball five yards.

 

Or consistantly can't get it by the first defender. Clueless as how many proffesional players can't deliver a good cross.

Because he isn't actually that great of a defender. Just a Barca diehard who is a good defender.

just curious, if people who say torres is overrated have short-memory spans , do the people who think nani isnt overrated also have short memory spans?

cause lets face it , nanis only been good the last year maybe?, and he's still very inconsistant in his play imo, and torres has been * since he cut his hair lol

dont get me wrong but, i think their both great players and only think nani is overated slightly and torres is only really overated by liverpool fans

 

I don't think Nani is overated everybody says when he plays he's really good but he's got to get the consistancy about his game to actually be rated as a great player.

In Rooney I do think he is overated.

Last year they were asking if he was better than Messi. Rooney is certainly World Class but I wouldn't rank him within the top ten players in the world.

 

yeah i agree he is overrated, was their not a poll on here that rated him better than ronaldo?, i mean give me a break, i hate ronaldo but he's a better player than rooney everyday of the week, he is a world class player, just not a world class as some folk think
