It was a dive which won a free kick in the middle of the pitch. He shouldn't have dived, move on.

Alsy, i thought it was a dive,it happened at 90 mile an hour, and for a split second juarez pulled out and made a meal of it

It was a dive but as usual they're spending far too much time talking about it.

He may have went over with minimal contact but let's get this into perspective, he didn't collapse to the deck holding his face..............:50:

It doesn't matter where it was on the pitch or at what time, the fact is, he dived and grabbed his shin, just below the knee and faked an injury and he even had the cheek to look up to see if the referee had bought it. That incident resulted in the Killie player being booked. A real shame as a player of Juarez' quality should not need to incorporate that style of play into his game.

To all those posting things along the lines of "every other club does it"...shame on you.

I gave Petrov pelters for it and even Larsson at times for going down easily. Two of my favourite players in recent years.

That sort of * should not be welcome in any way shape or form from ANYONE, regardless of who you play for or who else does it.

This entire forum really does stink of double standards these days.

he made a meal of it yes. But he lifted himself off the ground and was taken out on contact with Hamill, not by the tackle, as he brought his legs up and was tagged. I had this convo yesterday. I think he made a meal of it yeah, for some reason but it souldn't effect the decision of the ref in terms of giving cards, that should all be done to the contact/tackle/challenge. I think he didn't dive as there was contact but not in the area where you would expect (his legs) it was more body to body type contact with Hamill sliding in.

There is a difference between diving and playacting

I suppose there could be a gripe with him for overplaying it because that may be what led to the yellow card for the Killmarnock player.. Had Juarez got straight upto his feet and told the ref to put the yellow card away then nobody would have complained..

In the sense that all the players are going at full pelt and the Celtic player tried to avoid a collison on both occasions.. It was similar..

Mate, if you can show me a video, from any angle, that show's Hammill making any contact with Juarez, I will transfer every last bit of cash in my bank account to a bank account of your choice. You have my word.

sorry buddy i must have missed the contact unless it was with the fresh air, and not the kille player, he dived, if you can't see that then you sould have gone to specsavers (it's a joke i hope you have a sense of humour unlike alot of people on this fourm)

but he did dive, if you had seen your pal do that in a kick about on the grass you would have told him to get up and stop being a big * about it

he dived and will know from now on to cut it out, and lets face it even if there was some contact, and lets face it there was none you don't go down like you have been shot by a sniper

i see that some people may have missed his dive just incase you did miss it, and then say he was getting out the way and so on have a wee look

he could have stoped and then he would not look like a right *, but he dived and went down like he was shot, did anyone see a sniper in the stands?

come on guys you can't defend him on this it's as clear as day.....

Well there was contact. If the ref didn't think it was worth a booking in his view, he would have booked efrain for his overreaction. Like i said, there is a difference between diving and playacting after contact!!!!! I dont think he dived. I am just telling it how i think it is.

excellent post mate although i never really noticed Larsson dive much, always though he was an honest player and don't remember him going down softly. If Lafferty had done what Juarez had done (if he did dive, not seen it properly yet) then he would get slated.
I'd be ashamed if we cheated to win a game, utterly appalling that people are suggesting that they wouldn't be.

EDIT: Just seen Jiko's image - he did dive. I'm happy it had no influence on the game but their should be rules in place to allow for the yellow card to be rescinded and for Juarez to be punished. We all slated McGregor a couple of weeks ago for the same thing.

have a wee look at the video above, again my point is no contact, went down like he was shot by a sniper and look how far away the ref was......

you don't think he dived it clearly shows on that video he did dive have a look he not only dived he did play act aswell after no contact

also the ref was wrong to book him you do know that ref's get it wrong sometimes aswell.....

Nick, this is laughable. There was no contact and the evidence is there (thanks to Jiko, ofcourse)

How you think it is and what actually happened are two completely differant things.
