    Faithful Through and Through, The Tommy Burns Story

    I know it's been out for a while but I finally got round to watching it last night and it is an excellent dvd if anyone gets the chance to see it.

    The man just oozed class in everything he did, both on and off the park.

    True Celtic legend.

    A fiver at celtic £15 on line but im sure at the superstore it is only a fiver might be wrong though

    yeah great dvd! the bit at the end was really sad though! liked him singing mack the knife though lol. a true iconic legend, should have lennoxtown named after him! after all! it was him that pushed and pushed for that

    I think his legacy is Lennoxtown really, it doesn't need to be named after him. It is his brainchild and we are forever in his debt for it.

    If you don't get a lump in your throat watching that DVD there is something far wrong.

    You go through every emotion watching it. It's as sad a dvd as I've saw about anyone, and it's comical too, plus you forget sometimes just how good TB was so you are in awe of the man.

    There is one thing no fan can deny about Celtic - they make some really good dvd's. The Tommy Burns one is simply brilliant.

    A model human being. People really should aspire to be like Tommy Burns because most of us fall short. The ultimate MR Celtic of the last 30 years. Absolutely loved the guy. Am happy he saw us win two and heading towards 3. A wee bit sad he didnt see the 3. TBH I really didnt want him to go as manager even though we hadnt won. I know people like to have political heros and role models but I think Tommy is the ultimate role model for how to live your life when you are born without a silver spoon. Its Burns and his generation of players in the late 70s and 80s I always think of a traditional Celtic team with many fans living the dream. I am old fashioned and I wish it was still like that and not all about TV money.
