It would be fantastic if he came back. Unlikely, though.

We really should be trying to sign him this summer. He would be unreal in this Celtic team playing the no10 role

 

I'd love it if he came back next summer, he's exactly the kind of player we're needing

 

Assisted the only goal for Spartak away at Anzhi today 1-0 win. Spartak are 2nd 5 points behind Zenit.

McGeady has made 7 assists in 9 League games so far, with 1 goal.

He is the joint top assister in the League with Danny and Ananidze, although they have played 3 and 4 more games than him.

 

Are Spartak really just gonna let him go on a precontract in January?
Can't believe no-one has gone in for him, cracking player when on form would love to see him back at Parkhed.

 

So would I but can see him heading to Engerlund,I think his style of play would be better suited to La Liga or the Bundesliga,but at the end of the day money talks and that's why I can't see him coming back to Celtic

 

Yep I think his idea all along has been to play in the EPL and then finish his career at Celtic but I would love to have him in his prime. As others have said I think he would be fantastic under Lennon, also it would be quite nice and fitting as his sale basically payed for all our success over the last 3 years.

Just think if we'd kept all our best players over the last few years. Wanyama and Broony holding with Sammy, McGeady and Forrest all switching positions (again, no pun) behind Hooper.

 

I think its almost certain he will go to Everton. Martinez wanted him at Wigan for 2/3 years.

Now Everton only really have Mirallas as a good wide player. Pienaar, Naismith and Oviedo will never cut it as First XI players at Everton now so they need a winger.
