Whats your opinion of McGeady Max Sem?

 

Not sure so far. He made 2 assists in 3 games, but overall looks unadapted and a bit clumsy. He's definitely a good addition to the squad, but how much good is in that "good" we're yet to see.

 

mate you might as well ask the same question to me and my answer is Mcgeady made the big mistake by joining this scum expecting to earn as much as he wants but apart from the money his expectations let him down
the scum have * base going to fall down and they are homeless as well
in the 50 s their support was mainly made up of the former prisoners
but scum will be scum

 

If i'm being honest i never rated him that highly at Celtic - his crossing and shooting has always let him down in my opinion. He certainly has potential but he never fulfilled it at Celtic. I hope he can do it for Spartak and become and excellent player for your club.

What does that mean really?

can someone tell me the full story.

 

McGeady was born in Glasgow but chose to play for Republic of Ireland as they showed faith in him and called him up when he was 15 whilst Scotland rejected him as he didn't play for his school team at the time. To repay Ireland for their loyalty he chose to play for their national team. The fact he was a decent player who chose not to play for Scotland angered some people. The fact it was Ireland he chose to play for angered Rangers fans, as well as the Diet Huns of Edinburgh and Ayrshire. As a result McGeady took a lot of abuse in Glasgow, attacked in nightclubs etc. The irony is these Rangers fans always claimed McGeady was pish yet were desperate enough for him to play for Scotland that they felt the need to boo him and give him abuse.
