    SSN says Hughes only wants Bellamy on loan so I guess it comes down to who's willing to pay the higher wages

    dont think Citeh will sell him to rivals like spurs who will be challenging them for champions league spot. Citeh dont want him but i dont think they would want spurs to have him as he still is a very good player.

    I know i'm biased bur he has the chance to become a hero here and surely that is more attractive than continuing in the prem where he is already a proven star. Not only that, its not as if he wouldn't get decent money at us (not as much, but not bad), and he wouldn't be following Hughes everywhere.

    He didn't join us as he wanted to play for Hughes, time to return the favour now methinks.

    Would I be right in saying Bellamy only spent a year at Blackburn before moving to West Ham kinda shows that he had no problems leaving Hughes after only a year.I'm sure Lenny could get the best out of him here along with 60,000 fans singing his name every week

    I can't see this happening tbh. If Bellamy is being told he is not wanted at Man City, why would he want to go somewhere on loan, knowing he has to return in a years time and go through it all again.

    I think if he is going anywhere it will be a permanent deal, which rules us out.

    Well, Man City can't be that arsed on finances so if ever we were to try and do a permanent deal, i think that something spread over a couple of seasons would suit us. Say if its 5 million they want, pay 3 upfront and then the rest in 6 monthly instalments over 2 year. Hopefully we could afford it at that point if we're doing well.

    It's not Man City who could be the problem though. If Bellamy knows that at the end of any loan deal he has to return to them, he may decide he wants a permanent move asap.

    I hope im wrong but i can't see him coming to celtic to be honest, to many other options down south, Mancini stating that bellamy has no future at man city so i think bellamy will want to cut ties with the club altogether and a loan deal wont do that, we dont have the money to buy him and pay a wage of his size, please make me eat my words bellars.

    The thing that may sway it is when he was here before he did state that it was the only real time that he enjoyed his football and the way he got treated by the fans ,so he might more of this.

    I don't think he has a choice tbh Spurs are the only club that want to buy him permanantely but City won't let him go there so it's betwenn us and Fulham and both clubs can only afford to take him on loan.

    Its great news that spurs have pulled out of the race to get him. I really hope that we get him,ok we can't offer the money fulham can but surely we're a more attractive club to come to. Midtable in the prem or a realistic chance of winning 3 trophies and european competition,its a no brainer. Come on bellars join us and help us bury the huns once and for all.

    I think joe ledley could be key in helping bellamy,hopefully he talked about it to bellamy at the wales camp.
