    i think bellers is playing a game with city . they wont want him to retire or they will lose there investment. this is maybe a way for him to getting the move he wants.

    i very much see him in a celtic strip . cardiff cant afford him

    Cardiff are under a transfer embargo they " signed " a player the other day but he cant play for them until the embargo is lifted so he cant go there at least not now
