Dunno about that - Lambo scored two crackers v Rangers and played in games where he ran the show against them.

I wouldn't have had Agathe in the team, I'd have had Jackie instead, other than that it's a pretty perfect team with all the qualities you could ever hope for, strong in defence, commanding keeper, creative midfielders that can also score, enforcer in the middle and strikers that can find the back of the net blindfolded.

basically our best team of the decade was all Martin O'Neills team, our best manager was Martin O'Neill

it kinda sucks that there hasnt been one player signed since O'Neill that can make it in our best 11 of the decade......

Not one home grown player that made it through the Celtic ranks either

its a good team but still kinda depressing to look at at the same time

It's a shame Jackies not there but you can't argue with Agathe either.

Only problem I would have with this is that Paul lambert should be in instead of lenny, with Hartson, Lenny and Naka to come off the bench, * what a team

To be fair if any one of these changes were made the team would be pretty much as good.......

    McNamara > Agathe
    Lambert > Lennon
    Hartson > Sutton

Wouldn't be a bad bench either. Varga, Lambert, Naka, Hartson etc

Robbie Keane came here for 6 months and won nothing.Chris Sutton was here for 5 years played for the jersey everytime he stepped on the pitch and scored vital goals in the league europe and against the huns. Not to mention he could play in any position you asked him to.

The team picked is for the Decade 2000-2009. Robbie Keane only arrived at Celtic in 2010. :50:

Anyway, I agree with the post below even if Keano had been in the voting.
