That was one of the worst porformances i have ever seen in a my life.

Defence - Ball watching all honesty didnt even look fit! Hoovield? watched the second goal go in no marking * terrible. Zaluska should have made a more dive attempt than that on the 3rd goal. He didnt even stretch full he half done it.

Midfeild - Poor passing, slow play, not looking up, panicing not good enough terrible celtic midfeild. Ki? to light getting bullied of the ball and needs more pace.

Striker - Samaras on his own....... just terrible baaaaaaaaaaaaad couldnt cross the road.

 

sammy never got the ball, its kinda hard for him to take on 4 defenders, guessing he's tonights scapegoat?

brown can be a good player, think he deserves more then one game to prove his worth

loovens is *, so is the rest of our defence, the only decent defender we have wasnt played (hinkel)

Zaluska.....worst keeper ive ever seen

main point has proved what ive always said, we missed aiden, we never know how important he is until hes gone, if we sell him were screwed, we needed a creative player tonight

and paddy should have started over maloney

That was very poor. We weren't helped out by the * referee but I don't want to use that as an excuse. Mulgrew, remind me why we signed him again? Celtic couldn't string 3 passes together. I'll still keep the faith, but It will be very difficult..

 

That display was garbage. . !! team needs time to gel but its the same old. .

At 1 -nil i felt just please hang on till the return leg. . but whit wiz the keeper doin at the third ??? also the defence, in oarticular llovens at the second need a look at them selves. .

3-0 down so id say were no chance to get back but hey a said that after artmedia. n we came back to score 4 even thou we went out ! Just need to gee it a bash next week cause i didnt see them being great n it wiz never a 3 zip match.

 

i'd have brought on hooper at least, especially after that second goal. What more could have gone wrong? we could have used an away goal, why didnt we try for the away goal? instead of "defending".

 

Heartless Performance. Lennon should not have been allowed make so many changes to the squad, he's too inexperienced. Here's to another year without CL football.

 

I've calmed down a bit so I want to say this. I didn't really understand lennon's tactics tonight playing 5 in midfield when we seem to play the long ball alot and end up totally cutting out the boys in the middle.The boys in the midfield are all to similar players in my opinion,wingers are needed.Usually playing one up front means you'll have a target man up there,someone to play off of but samaras is definately not one of them,drifts out to the wings too often for my liking.On top of that you had alot of new faces playing with each other for the first time against a very very good team,make no mistake about that.A striker is desperately needed aswell but hopefully hooper can be that.I also hope everyone with a ticket gets to the game next week,braga are good but beatable and with the right backing,you just never know ,we might do something special.

 

Dunno what happened at all there we looked more than comfortable in the first 25 until they got the pen although mulgrew was havin a shocker!!

but lenny needs to get a grip of loovens by the collar an punt him as far doon london road as he can cos the guys a shitebag!!another thing was the performance of ki i watched him throughout the game and he had no urgency the number of times he was caught in possesion was pathetic.

to play a 5 man midfield yet still get over-run in the middle was embarassing why was hooiveld and mulgrew continually bombing balls down towards sammy and ledley? a complete and utter waste of possession, not mention the fact that our centre halfs long balls totally cut out our midfield it was like withdrawing those players from the attacking side altogether!! thats how many games this season and have we even scored a goal from open play?

and zaluskas postioning for their 3rd was mental i was thinking to myself before the wee fella struck it he was distance from his line but it reminded me of rab douglas jumping to stop skippy scoring that goal he shrank when his feet left the ground!!

i think europe is a write off now they were a decent side but i cannot see us gelling properly in time for the 2nd leg tho i think we will still win the game i think the tie is gone now!

 

I see it's the usual "this is rubbish he * so is he" patter it's the first game with a new team, 3 or 4 of whom probably won't be there when the season kicks off, and a new management team europe can't be our priority we've got to win the SPL and start to dominate Rangers before we start on europe again. We've been spoiled in europe the last 8 or so years last 16 2 years in a row etc ( still don't know how we did it but it was magic) we all need a reality check it's the SPL, Scottish cup, Europe then league cup its got to be that way to get the house in order at home before we move on. We were decimated last year by a man with no passion now we've got men in charge who know what it's about give them and the team time to gel and get to know each other and we'll win the league at a canter and sent walter off to retirement in tears. Mon the * hoops!

 

* disgrace brown , Maloney , Loovens , Mulgrew , Hooiveld , Zaluska and Ki can all get to * . Brown is the worst captain in celtics history I'm being serious when I say I would just terminate his contract not fit to wear the shirt . Also where was Fotune , Mcgeady , McCourt and hooper terrible management and substitutions never seen a celtic team so negative not even at the nou camp .

 

mulgrew has to be one the worst left backs ever to play for celtic everytime he passed the ball forward it went to a braga player and he didnt stop one cross from going in the box. maloney was missing for the full game never look intrested overall shocking proformance .but an early goal at parkhead anything can happen lets keep the heads up lads

Done ok with making decisions for catching and a couple of saves but was suspect for the FK

Cha- 4
Improved in getting forward as the game went on, but he wasn't given much protection and didn't defend well

Loovens- 4
Didn't fair well against slick counter attacking moves but made a couple of interceptions of note, never confident though.

Hooiveld -4
Won a lot in the air but was the same as Loovens and just hoofed it constantly

Mulgrew- 3
Feel sorry for him a lot because he isn't a strong defender but was never given back-up and was lost in marking the free runner or the winger directl up against him. Early booking dicated tackling.

Ki-4
Unlucky for the penalty ? Didn't put his mark on the game and didn't pass like he can

Juarez -5
Quick at times, bought a couple of fouls in dangerous positions defensively, but never excelled out of out half like we know he can.

Brown- 4
Poor, didn't get a hold of the ball and made so many daft fouls

Starved of any decent service, came deep and inside a couple of times trying to start something, but never often enough and without real purpose.

Came on, looked gald to be coming on, coupld of decent touches, can't make a judgement though.

Substitutions, where were they ? Lack of change around 60 mins meant no change in game trend.

The referee- 2
*, giving them anything and everything at any whistle and dive. Questionable penalty decision.



Very sad with this result considering how optimistic I was beforehand. Braga were slick in the first half of our half knocking back and forward quickly but our numbers in there just didn't get amongst them. It's game over as far as i'm concerned and we deserve it no matter how fine the difference in ability is between the two sides because we didn't want to win the game.
