And a few great performances against Rangers (Cup game stands out the most), a few very good games in Europe: Milan where Nesta applauded him off the field, Barcelona 3-2 where he did very well against Puyol, the Villareal home game (bumper though it was), and Benfica at home. thanks for those as well

for * sake the guy would annoy the * out of you at times when we watched him play but for the past 3 or 4 years he has been our best player, when we wanted something special he was the main outlet we went to, some of the skill he showed at times was unreal. people say he had no end product blah blah blah.

travelling to games from ireland i for 1 looked forward to see'ing him in action more that anybody since henrik left.

My favourite McGeady moment will be when he signs the contract with Spartak. I have never been able to see what many people see in him. A one trick pony that hasnt developed in 7 years.

 

We don't have much info regarding where he is either, Spartak is currently training in Estonia since its impossible to do training in Moscow because of the forest fire smoke in the city.

I guess that he is currently in Germany passing medicals (may be already passed) and then he will go to Moscow to sign contract and that's it I guess.

 

Surprised but hope deal is signed asap. Still wouldn't be surprised to see a late bid from down south.
