I agree i will feel a lot more comfortable if we sign a centre forward teams will fear in europe.

 

I wanted Braga, they done well last year though and both teams expect to win should be a good game.

 

Put it this way there the team a would rather have faced

easiest out of all the others

* going to turkey!!

* playing big spending zenit

We all know how good ajax are, didnt want them

Kiev are a well decent team, and have some cracking players, milevsky springs to mind along with an up and coming decent player like yarmolenko, they also have shevchenko so a would rather have avoided a trip to the ukraine.


Braga are a unknown side but should be decent enough having finished 2nd in there league, tough draw but defo beatable

Remember there Stadium from the Euro's and it is a wonderful setting with a mountain right behind one of the goals ,no spectators at that end of the ground if i remember right.

Not correct. We would end up in the last qualifying round for the Europe League if we do not defeat Braga.

If Celtic can't overcome Braga - then we must seriously need to re-think from top to bottom. If we want to compete at the highest level in Europe then teams such as Braga should be taken care of, if not then I will seriously question where Celtic's ambition lies.

 

Ricardo is the keeper we faced in 03, he'll be retired now.

we will scrape by braga, the BIG game is next round but I back lenny and the team, just hope we gel quick and get a sigining that gets us really excited as in a keane or someone with stature up front.

 

we should approach this tie with cautious optimism-while they dont have much of a pedigree they will still have handy players who could cause us problems-and who can forget artmedia?

 

Braga are definetly the team I wanted most and I think we will scrape by them but they did come above Porto in the Portugese league so they will be no mugs. This is still a tough game

 

Rangers came above us in the SPL and they are mugs!
