McGeady Not Going to the States

Aiden McGeady has been left out of the squad that will tour North America and the Celtic official website (which is terrible) has stated that it is due to injury and he's to have a scan.

So what does everyone think? Was McGeady left at home because of injury or because he is inevitably on his way out of Glasgow?

 

I think he will be away definitely. Even if this is due to an injury. Don't want Heskey tho.

Sad to see McGeady go if true - you don't know what you've got till it's gone as they say.

Apparently its closer to £1.7mil for Artur, n i'd be really surprised if we get more than £7mil for Aiden

Knowing the boards transfer policy, that will just about cover the signings Lennys already got planned, so no chance of a "quality striker" :icon_frown:

 

Btw Sidwell as part of the deal instead of Heskey would be fantastic only 12months on his contract left ,

I had it run by me by someone who usually passes me some good stuff.
If it turns out to be true, I will be very happy with it. Keane would be the big striker signing we crave, and we would also pocket £4M into our coffers.
