My pointe is that it isn't a step down for him (except if he don't going to play, obvious).

 

who cares if they are or not, he is offski and we got some cash for him only problem is a replacement cos zaluska is not good enough for replacement.

 

He's no longer world class tho , even if it was a poor fee of 2million plus a saving of 38k a week on wages , thats good for the club and we move on ,

TBF We really had to let him go, he wasn't going to sign again & is on a high wage & would leave for nada next season.

He cost us an awful lot of points in the last few seasons & although he is a fecking brilliant player on his day, he's also capable of a complete bombscare.

He was his country's No1 & is now nowhere near their team - so no-brainer for me. Zaluska will hopefully step up to the mark & make the position his own.
