At 1.5 million I say yes, he does give the ball away too much but I think he could be a far better player under Lennon (If he is indeed the new manager.)

Well. Scott Brown is definately staying (at least if Lenny becomes manager). And partnering him with Marc Crosas will be out of balance, because we need somebody to break their midfield down.

I would take N'Guémo, but it wouldn't be the end of the world if we signs another player to do the same job.

Buy - been really impressed with him in some games and still relatively young. Played in over 40 matches aswell - don't like the idea of playing Marc 'does nothing but is from Barcelona' Crosas either.

i wouldn't buy him for 1 reason. even at 1.5mil i still think he isnt worth that.. if we played a 4 5 1 system then yeah but thats not going to happen. so let use the 1.5 mil for someone else as we wont have a huge transfe kitty i expext us to spend about 10 to 13mil .
so lets by quality instead of quanity

A better player than Scott Brown, but too similar. Which is why I've gone for NO.

Cannot pass 3 feet infront of him, seems to have almost no tactical awareness, as usually makes square or back passes... definately no. Think money should be kept, sell the players we are looking to sell and take it from there

Worst shot I've seen on a proffessional player as well. I know that's not what he's about but it is dire.

The fact that we're trying to drive the price down & Nancy are throwing in other players, shows that he's not really wanted there & we think he's not worth the agreed price.

I like him sometimes, but we've got too many "I'm a good footballer, but hardly ever show it" players ATM, like: McGeady, Maloney, Brown, Samaras, Fortune.

    So I ticked no!

If we can get him for 1-1.5 million I would keep him as backup to Brown. However, I do not like them together that much and I think combative MFs like them need paired by someone who is a bit more silky like Crosas or Ki.

Dont like the idea of him and Brown in the middle, you need some creativity and they both lack it , and since we know brown is staying i went for no

scott brown has more talent in left ball than n'guemo yet he always gets slated.

brown and crosas is the way forward.

i'd rather sign gomis, n'guemo is rank rotten and i dont want to ripped off by nancy again.

We have two more days to decide, Celtic better be quick. We can't lose this guy, for £1.8m it's a no-brainer.

No joke, N'Guemo is better than Brown.

if we get him on the cheap, then keep him, if not, tell him to bolt.
we still have brown and crosas can sit in the middle, and dont forget the fringe players whp are comming through who can do us a job. basicaly, if we get kamara, ditch n'guemo

    * no , his passings dreadful and whenever he does make a pass its usually sideways, he's far to lightweight to be a DMF as he constantly gets knocked of the ball with ease and then his positioning and awareness is awful, one of the main reasons our CBs have been at fault for so many of our goals this year is because nguemo and brown were running like headless chickens (often going after the same player) and leaving our CBs exposed to attack, either that or nguemo particular gets caught daydreaming whilst the opposition players just run by him like he's not there.
We can get better players for similar money , i want a DMF with a bit of strength or steel about him who can spray passes about (not just sideways).
It says alot that nancy are trying to offer us another player to keep him.

Agreed, his passing needs to improve, although he does just fine when he's completing simple passes.

Not lightweight, maybe physical presence not expressed enough due to his height, but he's certainly the player who gets stuck in. He doesn't get knocked off the ball often, I've seen him even winning aerial duels now you mention it.

Brown being the key word in that sentence.

First of all, our CBs this season have * up so many times with their schoolboy errors, you can't blame it all on N'Guemo and Brown. Brown was running like headless chicken most of the season, while N'Guemo done his job properly most of the time with exception of few poor games.

Second of all, many factors affect our defence, wingers not tracking back, full-backs making mistakes, strong wind etc. I think he has good positioning and awareness, something we really need in between back line and midfield.

We can get better players, but not for £1.8m. And he's proven quality (in my opinion, of course) which makes him transfer target #1.
