True, I couldn't do that, I love food too much. I might have to revert to something as drastic as that to lose weight though cos when I exercise and eat better to lose weight, I just get fit, rather than lose fat!

reported to be 160. He's made to look even skinner by the size of his skull compared to the rest of him.

I love food too, but I have just learned to eat certain combinations of foods and exercise, and the weight has fallen off me. Granted i am a girl, but it should be harder for me to drop body fat and I am managing it, and dont feel like I am missing out on anything either.

I used to always complain that I could not shift weight especially on my belly, then i started checking out what diets fitness models and that eat and it has really really helped.

Simple things like not eating processed flour. So I only eat brown rice, wholemeal bread and pasta. That made a massive difference to my stomach because I used to always eat white pasta.

I have upped my protein in my diet. I am veggie( but used to just eat chips, pizza etc) so now I make a point of eating eggs etc. I have cut down on dairy but not completely because well * would I eat seeing as I dont eat meat.

I exercise 5 days a week, but you need to make sure you eat enough if you are working out. People make the mistake of dieting and exercising, and if you dont fuel your body enough then it will think its being starved and hold onto fat reserves.

Cut out fizzy drinks, get exercising (5s) twice a week, and go swimming once a week.
    Dont eat after 9pm.

That should drop a few pounds of.

Diet drinks are just as bad because of the sweetners that they use. I do have one can of diet coke a day, but I am not meant too.

Its not supermodels, its fitness models. Fitness models build muscle ( though not scary amounts like body builders) it would be a better diet for a guy because you want to burn fat but keep tone as well. Supermodels just take coke and * I think.

This would be a typical example,

but have a look about on male fitness model sites. A lot will recommend 'clean' diets/living, but that is generally for before competitions. You can get a happy medium of healthy eating/exercise without turning into a carb *.

Im no big fitness buff nor * anywhere near it,but i used to drink 2 or 3 tins of coke or lucozade a day.
I have cut them out and with a bit of excercise ive lost almost 2 stone since the start of the year.

She mentions cardio first thing on an empty stomach. Tried this before and its horrible, had no energy what so ever. Anyone got tips on how to make it better?

Afraid not I am not a morning person, the only thing I can manage in the morning is getting out of my bed.

I exercise after work. Something that I always do ( that I never used to) is have breakfast first thing. Get my metabolism going early. I eat little and often. Have about 5 small meals a day rather than 3 meals. People comment that I am always eating, but its the way that you eat its like stoke a fire, keeping it burning constant, than letting it die out and then pouring petrol on it

All this talk of diets is exactly what I need.

I really am turning into a fat *. The only exercise I used to do was play football but that all stopped a while back so now the closest I get to exercise is getting off the couch.

Btw 50 Cent looks * awful.
