I think these games are better preparation for the champions league qualifiers they will be harder and a better work out against good players rather than a false bit of confidence winning 15-0 against poor teams then the big games come round and we are not ready for it or might be a bit complacent

If Lincoln goes ahead, I don't think it will be at home.

I reckon we will have only one home friendly, probably against a mid-table Premiership team.

Celtic interim manager Neil Lennon will take a youthful squad with him to Hamburg next week as Celtic play St Pauli in a friendly.
The Hoops boss, who remains in the dark over his immediate future at the club, will look to introduce a couple of youth team players into the senior side for next Tuesday’s game against the German side. Celtic have agreed to the game as part of St Pauli’s centenary celebrations.
“I’ll include a few of the younger ones to give them experience of travelling with the squad and playing against European opposition,” said Lennon. “The World Cup boys are away and I’ll have to think before I decide who will be involved.”

I know the Emirates Cup is being televised live by Sky Sports & the St Pauli one is on a channel in Germany called NDR so maybe an outside chance of a live stream either from that or C67.

    Celtic firm up American dates

Celtic today confirmed dates for their summer tour of the United States and Canada.

The Hoops will play Philadelphia Union on July 14 at PPL Park, Manchester United on July 16 at the Rogers Center and the Seattle Sounders at Qwest Field on July 18.

When they return to Britain they will take on League Two club Lincoln, the team managed by the club’s former striker Chris Sutton, on Saturday, July 24, at Sincil Bank. Celtic have already confirmed they will play French club Lyon and English giants Arsenal in the Emirates Cup in the summer.

The Parkhead club will play Lyon on Saturday, July 31, and Arsenal on Sunday, August 1.

7 Pre-season games so far. Including St Pauli.

there will also be a friendly at Celtic Park in August for Season Book holders.

Wouldn't surprise me if we play an away game against an English side in august as well, like Man City last season
