I have heard there has been a big Investent in Celtic this guy has bought quite a few shares.

oh great. another of these my mate's missus' hairdressers' cousin's neighbour's sister once bumped into paddy mccourt and said person x is investing in the club. i think i'll wait for the bbc to get the story

 

we should be begging guys like eddie jordan to invest.

 

we shouldn't be begging anyone - talk about desperation. Im not one of these 'we are Celtic and have a divine right to things' but to beg an investor would be shameful for a club of our history

At least give us the supposed investors initials or a wee bit of his/her background.
At least that way you can't take a bit of credit for yer exclusive.

in current climate, i'd be licking anybodies * in the hope of some investment.

 

in a sense you may well have a point - we should be looking for potential ways of gaining more money etc i just wouldn't want the club to be begging for it

 

Denis O'Brien ive heard . he was at the game a few weeks back with dd and his son , already has a stake in the club but he want's a bigger one . he's picked up half of

Trapattoni wages and him and DD are funding Keanes wages talk is that he wants a top manager and will back him , neither him or dd wants lennon . thats peter and john's idea and dd aint too happy with them over the tony deal and wants to pick his man again he picked , Martin and Gordon , and ive heard Mark Hughes was sounded out in jan when Tony offered to quit the first time ,​

 

to be honest everything said is pure speculation and we need to wait and see. The only rumour i have seen was from etims who say we should mark down 11th June in our diaries - something to do with Desmond. Again time will tell but i just hope we aren't getting ourselves excited again before having a summer budget of 6mil or so
