Last game I saw him play in if memory serves me well saw him play quite well in midfield and battled for possession when lost the ball also held up in midfield until pass was on and made good progress in the physical strength side. Just a comment but he worth a go as clearly technically gifted. HAIL HAIL

 

Ki isn't Japanese you womble.

He's young and trying to adapt to a style of football that's completely alien to him. You could at least wait more than a handful of games before dismissing the guy as a failure.

 

I think he's had his bedding in season now and after the summer we'll see the "real" Ki.

Which from what I've seen will be a fucknig incredible player. I'm not normally one to get over-excited about anything but I can see something special in Ki. Seems to have an engine, bit of pace, technique and a stinging shot, not to mention a mean free-kick. Just add a bit of physique and savvy and he will be * good!

People who are saying to punt this guy already have short memories! anyone remember a certain Stan Petrov? How many wanted him punting after one season? but with a better manager and time to adapt he turned in to a quality player! give this lad a chance, i would hate us to sell him for cheap and he go elsewhere and turn in to a world class talent

He won't get sold. He has the potential to be a star, he is a class act he needs a chance though.. If Bullard and Ledley come in these chances could be hard to come by but if/when he leaves i can guarantee he will go on to be a great player somewhere. I hope it's here.

Really hope he stays at least another season, I think he can be fantastic.

 

Don't let him go. He's got massive potential we can't afford to let him go.

I'd let him go on loan. I think he can play some great football and looks so comfortable with the ball at his feet. In my opinion you can tell a good footballer cos they're always lookin for the ball.

My only criticism is that midfielders only need to say BOO to him and he gets scared. Really needs to beef up a bit. Would be really worried about him up against a Viera type player. Would really consider lettin him go on loan but

Got to keep this lad. Was really impressed with him in the games he played. He could get an extra yard of space by getting his body betwen opponent and the ball and could hit a 50-60 yard pass with ease. Just came in at a difficult time.

Onc he's settled hope he gets a chance after a good world cup of course!1
