Was good midweek v Well but v Hibs his final ball was simply atrocious. Will never be anything like a top player unless he makes huge progress with his final ball.

Most opposition defenders have him sussed out and give him an extra touch (why the greedy wee * always takes) so that another defender can come in and then crowd him out. then he loses th eheid and kicks out or shouts at the ref\team-mate. IMO that's why he won't go cos the EPL teams will have him sussed out and won't pay the money that he and the board think he's worth. anything over 4 mill, i would bite the hand off someone. and before anyone starts greeting, i know that there are worse players than him in the EPL who have transferred for larger fees.

2 assists and if the strikers had put the ball in the net could have had 4.

You ask me to explain why I said you may be looking to deeply into thinking that its simply personal vendettas with McGeady.

I took time out, replied to your question as you asked.

But if you are going to come up with continually silly posts like the one above, and giving reasons with absolutely no weight to them, as to why we should keep McGeady, by continually saying that the posters on this board who disagree with your stance on Aiden, simply have "Personal Vendettas" without answeing questions put to yourself then so be it mate!

If we cant debate like adults then theres no point, it will be ditto in future with what you post...

Shouldnt be like that though mate, its a public forum, where we can post, agree, disagree and debate all threads and posts Celtic, isnt that what we should be doing mate.... ???

    Anyways, take it easy dude

He may have set up a couple but it was only a terrible fb and the laws of average that did that. He was pretty shocking for overdoing it, running into trouble and rotten final ball v hibs. He really showed his full range of flaws. He did better in the last 10 minutes when hibs caved but before that he was depressing. All the same flaws as he had 5 years ago. Part of his problem is he isnnot quite as two footed as people think and it does look like a right footed player crossing with his left with somewhat random results. Much better o. The right.

When did I say all posters have a personal vendetta?

Certain memebers do have though. those are the members who can't just leave there opinion in the thread but feel the need to come back to question why other people do want him to stay and try to convince them to want him gone.

    Its a debate mate...

If we all agreed on the same threads, what would be the point!

Celtic's Great, McGeadys great etc.... !!!!

I like most other members, come on here to gauge opinion, find out reasoning behind peoples thoughts, for example this thread, and maybe see "Am I missing something with McGeadY"

    If not debate it...!

Hence the reason, I answered your question, thats why I asked if you would answer mines...

I enjoy coming on here, and Im prone to a lot of flack, as a lot of my opinions will differ from some on here... But again its a debate, and il put my thoughts over, just as strongly, if not more so than you.... !!!

    Amen to that brother!

On the topic of McGeady. Sell him and Brown in the summer and free up some money for a few good players. McGeady hasn't done enough this season and Brown just simply ain't done enough period. I hope that McLeish comes in for both of them in the summer and we get a good cash injection for any manager coming in.

How do anticipate doing this? Are you suggesting we buy in a new winger and mid-fielder better than both of them with the money we make. Also, a few does mean more than two does it not.

So how much money do you think we can get for these two players who are not good enough to play for Celtic, (IYO) and how do you expect to bring in a minimum of 3 players good enough to play for Celtic with the money you make from them.

I don’t think your equations is adding up properly TBH.

Debate all you like i'm stopping you. :97:

    Very hypocritical.

If you feel so strongly about having a good honest debate then why do you feel the need to call me frank the bore due to my opinion . apart from being very immature in an * enviroment it dosen't make me want to try and debate anything with you.

Theres been a lot of to and throw between us, I feel that earlier in this thread you were purposley coming on and qouting my posts, and giving daft answers to them, simply to underline the fact that you thought i was wrong (maybe having a go at your favourite player McGeady) and at times being sarcastic and patronising with your replies, therefore I thought it was becoming boring debating with you etc...

Again, lets debate, and if you dont want to answer my question, obviously you feel that you are 100% correct with McGeady, and dont feel the need to listen or read anyone elses point on Aiden who feels he should be moved on!

My main point from the start was, great players do not divide opinion, he has more than divided opinion on this forum, I cant even be bothered to go through the many flaws in his game again, as they are so evident, and plain for all to see.

I think he needs to stay to be honest he is still only 23 alright he might not have improved a helluva lot over the last 3 years but i feel there is more to come from him, us as fans rely on him far too much in this poor poor team and i feel if we can get a pacey winger on the other end it would take the responsibility right off aiden, ov course he finds it hard in games especially from some baw bags in the stands and with 2 or even 3 defenders marking him right out the game!!!

But no 1 can deny he is a talented player, although his final ball isnt the best i hope the new gaffer comes in and works with him on this:50:

My point is that there are some people want rid of him not because of his footballing ability but because they just don't like him and that is not on IMO.

I also don't think he has divided the support that much, I think most are agreed that if we get the right price we sell but if we don't then he stays, alot of people don't really care wether he stays or goes wich is fair enough and upto them. It's when people start shouting for him to e sold no matter what happens where I start to get angry because I just can't see the sense in campaigning for our best player to go. when we are trying to rebuild next season it's not something we need to be doing especially when it's unlikely we will get a better replacement.
