Mowbray got rid of a fair few decent players. McManus, Robson, McDonald, Caldwell, Hartley etc.

Was in Newcastle for a stag do a fortnight ago, and bumped into Skippy, who says Boro is a * hole. Nothing to do down there. The only thing keeping him there is his 35k a week. He said he was told that if he didnt go, he would never play for us again.

I also have a source, within parkhead, that told me that Caldwell and Mick had a massive barney with Mowbray over his vision for the season, and that he wanted 'flair' players, and not people who would run through brick walls for the club. Apparently Mick is coming back in July, but he also hopes that the rest of the 'Celtic' boys come back aswell, but he can't see it happening

Another 'I have a source' story. Personally I take all of these with a massive pinch of salt. :87:

I would definitley take back McDonald and maybe Robson, but I don't see the board spending money on those players again.

Well, my friends bird's da's mate who works with a fella who used to go to school with Jock Stein..............who's next door neighbour used to cut McGeady's hair, before the thinning says.........

Don't care about the players mentioned cause it wasn't six months ago, most of the posters on here were * about most, if not all the players shipped out.

    Caldwell: Nuff said.....
    Mick: Glorified hatch man....
Robbo: Legs were going, but I would have kept him....
    Killen: wait, who?....
McDuck: Whinge, but I would have kept him......
Hartley: Too old, proving it at BCFC

It's actually laughable how players who were nothing special suddenly become the answer to all our problems the minute they walk out the door of Celtic Park.

I don't want any of these players back.

Caldwell - Liability time after time.
    McManus - Not good enough.
Hartley - Hartley was finished. I've seen oil tankers turn faster than that guy did toward the end of last season.
Robson - Past it. Or very soon to be past it.
McDonald - Overweight and still suspicious of the fact that he might have been the 'mole'.

We have problems at Celtic, that's for sure, but these guys ARE NOT the answer.

I still believe letting Hartley leave was one of Mowbrays biggest mistakes.

The only one worth holding on to was Robson. Mcdonald was missing numerous chances, Hartley was already away, Caldwell and Mcmanus were terrible. Can we stop looking backwards and start looking forwards.
