AZ Alkmaar Friendly Scheduled

I'm not saying that Lennon should (or shouldn't, as the case may be) be the manager next year, but for those of you who are backing him to be the next F/T boss, and yes, I do know it is a friendly, but look at it this way - here is a chance for Lenny to show what he might have up his sleeve for future Euro nights.

AS there was no Scottish Cup 'home' fixture, season ticket holders were going to be a game short. Rather than arrange refunds for all, field an extra game, and being a European opponant with a big of ex-bluenose flavour might encourage a few extra folk to stump up also. At least, I'd imagine thats the business thinking.

 

does anyone remember on here i think it was last week or late the week before that some guy on here was wanting us to sign a letter or pettition thing cause he was complaining that we didnt get a free game this season maybe it was because of him we got this

 

maybe its an excuse to get a closer look at some of their younger players, wouldnt mind have a go at them in the transfer window

With the team we have suffered this past 15 months you are probably right, but wouldn't take long to get up to speed. Celtic - Dutch Champions... I could dig it.

We also suffered the first half of the season with one of the worst coaches we ever had (Koeman) but we play very well on the moment and i think we can and will beat you in this friendly.

 

friendlies aren't about results there about performances and getting players fit.
