Not entirely true!! yes we got rid of personnel but we took in new players too. the team(collectively) is in a bad way if thats what you mean, i agree!

Keane , he's the only captain in the team to be fair.

yes get McManus back in summer, under the right manager, ther is big performances 2 come frm him..as in San Siro..and O'Dea as well..let the 4 loan players go back 2 their respective clubs..and get some scottish backbone in2 the team again..I feel the defence is still very unbalanced even if McManus comes back..2 many left-footed centre-halves - McManus, Hooiveld, O'Dea, and only Loovens, Rogne, thompson right-footed..Surely Hooiveld shud be playin when fit..partner him with McManus possibly and O'Dea at left-back?? id prefer somebody like Lee Wallace or Paul Dixon at left back..more dynamic up/down the line..Brown will play under Lennon and will remain captain..maybe Lennon can get the best from him..Crosas, Zheng are 2 light-weight for SPL..unfortunately..the rest of the SPL is different now than frm when GS was manager..he was able 2 go and bring skippy, robson, hartley, pressley frm SPL teams..ther isnt many players of this character in Spl at the minute..Id really only target lee wallace or dixon, possibly scott arfield frm falkirk - centre mid. If thers money in summer, id love 2 see us target S.Fletcher, Ross McCormack, Robert Snodgrass - all celtic men..try and get 1 of them in anyway..or possibly Pedersen frm B'burn - available on a free..and would solve our left-side mid problems. Curtis Davies - centre-half frm A.Villa - also available on a free

I think it should stay with Brown.

Whoever our new manager turns out to be in the summer will hopefully be punting him, and the armband will increase his transfer fee.

Tm has had better players in this team than WGS had his whole time. It has to do with motivation and tactics 2 things that TM failed to do. If Lennon can instill a little bit of that into the squad then there is the basis of a good squad there

Think the key part of Lennon's comment about Brown is 'when he plays'. I'm sure that Lenny has also seen that the best CM we have had this season has been when N'Guermo & Crosas are partnered there, meaning Brown 'when he plays' will be on the right.

Never been Brown's biggest fan and the fact he was made captain of Celtic quite frankly shocked me to the core

but...i remember him getting right under Lennon's skin a fair few times and running the show when we played Hibs

Lets hope Lenny can get the best out of him and get him back to the sort of form he showed at Hibs and for Scotland

why not give it to keane, YES he may leave us in the summer but he would be a great mentor to the next captain in line(BROWN).
With his experience and goal scoring prowess surely it would be the logical choice, allowing brown time to settle and gain valuable experience from keanes leadership skills:50:

Boruc would be a nice choice if Lenny is going to stick with him. Brown hasnt impressed me with the armband... but maybe, as mentioned, Lenny will get him fired up and he'' show him whats it's all about!
