Your right there! People who have done it have every right to. Iv put hundreds of pounds into celtic and getting that performance back is defo worth throwing my scarf on the pitch! People who disagree fair enough, but what youv put in the club and love and get * back is total unacceptable with the size of the club and fans!

This was not the first time this is happend this season,i saw this at the first D.U game when we drew 1.1 at CP this season 2 went flying off the upper tier JS
stand and then the falkirk game.

when emotions are running high, it just shows the celtic board that there is a problem

Why's it ok for us? Because we dont get to every away match are we less disapointed to see Celtic get beat? bit insulting that mate to be honest with ya...

Throwing your scarf onto the pitch is the ultimate insult, espescially if the scarf means as much to you as mine, and so many others does. But there does come a time, when you have to do something drastic to get a drastic reaction. Seems to have worked.

I think after the pathetic performance on Wed the fans were quite right to throw the scarves on the pitch because that performance was rock bottom and the scarves on the pitch made the headlines so the point was made .

:50: Spot on mate glory hunter is a phrase that can be used to describe some of our home support, but i would never call our away support that as it's easy to just sit and watch the away games on tv but these people pay there hard earned and also take time off there work to go to these games. The away fans are the backbone of the Celtic support.

my scarff is my badge of honour, its what i use to show what i am. i've taken it around the world, i've shed tears and even once some blood on it. i treat it like its my tie to celticfootball club and though its old and threadbare i wont change it...we've watched too many historical celtic moments together. i cant imagine ever throwing it away. and i have requested it to be buried with me. its a statement of disgust to throw their scarffs on the touchline..... but as an object that represents celticfootballclub it should be given much much more respect. shame on you.

I have more than one scarf and as i said a few posts back, the * we are going through just now my scarf would of went on that pitch aswell. It doesnt mean we have gave up on celtic it doesnt mean "* celtic" it was to show that this season this team is not acceptable for how big a club we are.And we all had to make our point and it seems it has worked.

all my scarfs that you cant buy any more are on my wall.if i was to throw one away it would be one that could be replaced easily.i understand where your coming from but throwin away something you haven't had long and can get another one isn't that big a deal if it helps get a point across that your not happy with how things are going

i think a fanbase rousing as one and chanting mowbray mowbray get tae * would have resonated more.

That might have worked aswell, but that scarf was all over the news and the papers. Must have had some effect?

i say it again...i think criticising the individual is what was required.
i just feel that throwing the scarff disrespects the club as a whole.

Fair enough mate i just think sometimes anger gets the better of any person and you do things that maybe later you regret.
