Bargain bin? lol thats not the end result of months of contemplation on part of the board, our wise and ever knowing board? The same board that takes delight in the state of Ibrox financial affairs whilst being, what, 7 points behind them? No way these guys would leave the fate of Celtic in a Bargain Bin appointment. I mean that Lawell is a footballing genius who makes signings behind the managers back, surely hes a shrewd man with results on the pitch meaning more than those on the balance sheet?

Avram grant anyone? Im sure we would get him at the mo and he ticks all the boxes?

Also has anyone been upto Lennoxtown? The players get treated like royalty and train for as little as an hour an half a day. Weak physically and very weak minded players

It was amazing how quick the terrorists on both sides were quick to distance themselves from violence in the wake of 9/11....with all the American wrath against any form of terrorism.....and how with the passing of time, the memories seem to fade and people become "brave" again and think it is ok to go on about the same old same old...stirring up the dirt.
I thought Celtic were a football team!

Lawwell to Reid - John that was bad 4-0... can we not send Keane back now it`s costing us a fortune, could we not spike his tea....he said our tea was * anyway.
we could use the 65k to pay tony off.
Reid ; Leave it too me i`l rush a motion in the commons saying that all LOAN deals are Void and players must return to their own clubs.

What about the 6-2 game?..Larsson had 2 defenders in front of him, nutmegged 1 and chipped Klos...but you missed out the most important part...HE GOT SERVICE FOR THAT GOAL!!!!

Look mate..you obviously have an agenda with Keane and his wages.
He's not a miracle worker..but give him the SERVICE and he will score goals..something he HAS BEEN DOING!

Thank * youre not part of the Celtic managerial team or our team talk would consist of Keane being in defence..Keane being in midfield..and Keane upfront scoring goals.

Hold on a second, are you just on this website to try to get a rise out of celtic fans? What kind of comment is that? "I was in bagdad before you were in your das bag"?

There's no doubt we are a soft touch.. It's like teams who are struggling for form are thankfull for a break when they see theyr'e playing us.. Hibs have won once in 9 since beating us.. St Mirren can't beat 9 men but can hammer us , Aberdeen can come back from the dead against us then lose to first division opposition , Kilmarnock and Falkirk taking points of us in the middle of a run which sees them stagger along against bottom half chaff..
I'd say it wasn't working out for TM about 6 weeks into the season and it feels like he's been chasing his own tail ever since then , error strewn along the way , but I still don't get the feeling (after reading his comments after the game) that's he's anywhere close to chucking it in...

Read someone's post saying that they were embarassed to be a Celtic fan after tonight. Why? It was a bad loss, yes, but I have never, ever, ever been embarassed to be a Celt. I take this embarassement, pick it up and pin it next to he 4 leaf clover on my breast, upon the green and white across my chest. I am proud to be a Celtic supporter.

Don't be embarrassed to be a Celtic fan. Under any circumstances. Ever.

I personally didnt like Strachan because of his antics in front of the media. I wouldnt like to seem to be ungrateful for Sir Desmond's financial backing. I mean that £8m for Keane is a bit beyond his billion pound empires budget. The £15m Lennoxtown centre that we are paying an indefinite 'interest only' repayment on is also a bit of a gamble.

The £4.4m on 'Scotlands best talent' was a shrewd move as well. Nothing against Brown but its just an example of where were going wrong as a club. Fletcher went to Burnley for what £3m? Could have bagged us the goals we needed to win the league last year and thats the final nail in the Rangers coffin.
