If our manager has any feelings towards our great club he should hold his hands up admit that the job is too big for him and resign...

also the board have to take a long hard look at themselves...any other team Mowbray has managed has been a team full of creative players who can pass and move...coyle was right for the job due to his knack of getting the best out of players and being able to work with what he's got...when mowbray took over we had 3 maybe 4 players who can play the brand of football he goes for...

trying to overhaul a full playing staff whilst winning back OUR championship was going to be a difficult challenge and unfortunately Mowbray is not up to it...

No thanks. His man management is questionable. He lost his players when he did that team talk on the pitch at half time.

If anyone is to blame its all these strachan hating goons .I dont know why people thought strachan was a *.Strachan was a better manager than mowbray ,no one remebers when we won the league at rugby park and he brought those kids on to the pitch to meets the players .

Mowbray has to go now every tactical decision he has made has gone wrong (Except for moscow away ,more down to luck than anything else)
Prehaps Mowbray should do a george costanza and do the opposite to everything

Mowbray is a good man who doesn't deserve to be called a *, *, * or what ever else is thrown at him. He was a class Celtic player who invented the huddle and realised what Celtic was all about when he went through some very tough times in his personal life.

His only crime is that he is not Celtic manager material, but when your in his position that is a big crime and he has to go. Good luck in the future mogga but the Celtic job is not for you.:bbpd:

Most of the people on this site have proven they are NOT qualified to seriously suggest a manager for the hoops, most on this site wanted Tony Mowbray, failing to see that his track record was * terrible..but blind faith won the day.....you know who you all are!..... yep..so many of you ridiculed me and all the fans who said it was a mistake (about five of us) so apologise now! and stop * saying he should stay on! ...stop it..stop it..!:31:

'tony's' biggest error was in ever thinking he was up to the job of managing a massive club, that is his error, its not his fault he aint got the ability iguess, but its his fault for not knocking the job back...never the man for us!

It's hard to come out on a tonight like tonight and say I still have faith in a manager who doesn't look concerned when we are getting a pasting by a team we should not be losing to , but Im not one for joining the hate brigades and would say if anything Im edging more towards the middle ground of just going along with what happens , happens..
I have no problem if TM continues labouring along in the league untill the end of the season , wins the cup and is given 15 games into next season and should that happen it will definately be the cut-off point to forming an opinion on him..
My honest answer is my opinion doesn't change from one match to the next , and certainly not after alreading conceding this league season is a write-off with the only glimmer of hope being the Scottish cup.. From early on I've always had the hope that IF TM gets to the stage where he feels the job is too big for him that he'd walk away and depart on the best possible terms with fans and I genuinely believed that is the mark of the man so that leaves me questioning how can he not see things the way we do , which makes me think he's completely unconcerned by the way things are going and that in itself isn't acceptable , but it's possible he's had his eyes on next season as the time when it comes together.. Has he been given assurances that his job is safe and that he should use the remainder of the season to gut the squad even further ? Im like the next person who has been asking for answers from the manager for a few weeks to know exactly where the club stands right now in this masterplan of his..
It's looking even less likely with every setback that he'll be here for the long term because the very least a manager needs is to buy time and he's not even doing that and as for tonight's result , it could be the final straw for many because you can't turn round to anyone who's gone along to New St Mirren Park to follow the team , possibly at great expense and probably changing arrangements or making other sacrifices to be there , and tell them that the game had little meaning because we were already out of the league (although it may be the way he sees it).. If , as someone has mentioned that his interview involved stating he may have to change the style he was trying to implement then I'd be worried as it comes across as getting back to the drawing board and starting again..

I know some fans feel that because Strachan left after 1 season of failing to win the league that the same should apply to TM.. That's something I don't agree with because that rule should then be applied to the next manager and so on , and there has to be a point where fans say we need to stick with this guy and believe in him , but it's clearly not going to happen with TM and it's of his own doing and whenever it is that his job comes to and end , I would rather see him walk than be sacked..
