Strange to put Boruc, Hinkel and Rasmussen on the bench for Zaluska, Wilson and McGowan.

Wilson & McGowan have been playing well for Lennon in the reserves, maybe thats whats swung the managers mind, but still there is players ahead of them in the pecking order surely? I dont have anything against Wilson or McGowan but I just think theres players that deserve to start ahead of them, they 2 should be on the bench, but we'l see how it goes, aslong as we get the 3 points thats all that matters

 

hinkel on bench, nightmare, what a bad decision unless hes a bit injured, Boruc on bench confuses me again, he was on top form before last week, surely something much be wrong, and mcgown, cant believe hes in the team, doesnt offer anything

 

i think he's just given some of the fringe players a wee run , im happy enough with the team but id have paddy or mginn on the wing ahead of mc gowan ,

might be reading a bit to much into this but does this mean, hinkel and boruc will be sold in the summer? hope not

I have no idea how to explain that team selection. Obviously TM must have an idea of what is going to happen today so I trust him but still very very very strange

 

Very strange lineup but I'm interested to see how it'll play out. I've been very impressed with wee Paul McGowan so far, loved his goal against the Rapid Vienna scum so I'll be keeping an eye on him. I don't know how well a left-wing role will suit him though.

 

A guess;

Zaluska - because he don't want to change too much from a team who took a clean sheet.
Wilson - a wee knock to Hinkel?
McGowan - because he have played well under NL, and Mowbray want to show all reserveplayers they have a chance if they work hard enough.

 

I dont think Gowser will be on the left. I think it will be a 3 pronged attack

Boruc is def leaving in the summer, im quite sure of it, mowbray just said boruc is int he last year of his deal and i want to see what zaluska can do, not happy at all
