I say no source, i just cant name them.

Paddy has been offered a new deal at Celtic Park, but wont sign it because hes not playing. This may explain his absence even from the bench.Fair play to him, he could easily hang around and pick up his wages but looks like he'd rather get a game. How he can be ignored after his last outing against St Johnstone even as a sub, when that excuse for a player Samaras was playing out wide beggars belief.:shamrock:

I would be deeply disappointed if he left..easily the most entertaining player in the squad.

Paddy is a luxury and has talent , however we cannot carry players that always seem to be out injured . When he is fit he hasnt got the fitness to last 70 mins , so im afraid however much i like the guy he is a passenger so will probably go . He is a luxury that we cant afford

I say keep him... not on much in wages and wouldn't command much of a fee. I think he is magic to watch!

I would'nt say he is been ignored if he has been offered a new contract ,look back 7 weeks ago and the cull that Tony Mowbray had ,Paddy could have easily been one if Mowbray thought he was surplus to requirements ,he is wanted a Celtic and he must be in there plans obviously.

I would keep paddy, how can he possibly be unhappy at the face he isn't getting game time, he can only play when he's not injured (not very often).

Paddy is a fantastic super-sub, that's all he'll ever be in my opinion, he obviously can't reach the level of fitness to play full games or even close. Saying that, Paddy can win you games when you can get him on the pitch for his 20mins.

He is so talented, I wish he had the fitness to go with it. Lets face it though, if Paddy had the fitness to go with it, no way we could hold onto the lad.

If this was the case he would of been snapped up long before he turned 24 by a bigger club than ours.I have no doubt if he stayed fit he would be a really good player, but I just think he lacks the consistency to be classed in the bracket your putting him in.

So how is that a good thing for Celtic?

    :87:

Aye get Paddy fit, he'll be great - then he can play in England.

    Sure you support Celtic?

So what is his injury status? Is he definitely out right now with an injury? Samaras definitely should not be starting come Saturday. At least have McGinn play there or even Kamara.
