Falkirk v Celtic Match Thread.

This is the first game to start getting ready for next season, as such I would stop playing players who definitely won't be here in these sorts of games. We all love having people like Keane here but we need to hit the ground running at the start of next season so I'd rather see Fortuné and Rasmussen playing regularly. Braafheid is * going on what I've seen so far, Kamara has been pretty inconsistent too although I'm not sure he is a winger - so why bring in someone on loan and play them out of position? Priority now needs to be having a stable team for the start of the season and making sure players like Rogne and Ki are ready.

I can't believe it has got to the stage where I am hoping to see Naylor in the team but I don't like seeing right backs played on the left because they never do much which just leaves Naylor. If there is anyone other than O'Dea available then I would rather see them come in instead.

McGeady has been pish for ages now so the time has come for him to sit on the bench for a few weeks and stop believing all the hype about him. McGinn looked good in his sub appearances before Christmas as did McCourt so both come in for McGeady and the injured Kamara. Crosas and N'Guemo are our best central partnership so hopefully they start in the middle with the absence of Brown (who I wouldn't have in even if he wasn't suspended). Signing N'Guemo up permanently now MUST be a priority.

Rasmussen deserves a run in the team, and with Keane carrying a knock there is no time like the present to stick him in.

This however, is not the team I expect to see tomorrow. I expect the team will line up something like

The loanee thing is nonsense & has been an abject failure, I'd never play them again this season.

Got to use the remaining games to get guys like Ki Sung & Rogne more game time.

With us having no CL money for 2 years running I'd not be surprised to see McGeady & Boruc sold in the summer, cos it's the balance sheet that counts at Celtic nowadays, not the team sheet.

see some saying we should drop keane, you are having a * laugh,what little there is left of this season,i want to enjoy and having keane on the pitch does just that,some * are never happy,enjoy this man while we can for after the way we have played under tm would you stay

 

I'd rather Rasmussen and Fortune, i.e. guys who'll actually be competing for something get a chance to develop a relationship in some competitive games. Not gonna happen though so I'm not gonna complain.

 

I can understand why people would leave him out. He's not going to be here next season so how is playing him in every game going to help us prepare for next season.

Exactly, I'd play him in some games, but he's a luxury nothing more. It's not like we're still fighting for the league.

i want to see keane and rassa play upfront , mc geady and brown on the wings with n guemo and crosas in the middle , also id rather have naylor at LB than bradfield . thompson and o dea in defence. Fortune to come on later
