TM and his team might need time to gel but for me TM only has one philosophy on the game and he has made it clear that will never change.

We need someone tactically aware and is not afraid to change it when we are under the cosh. If TM was willing to do this we would not be in this position now.

I'm sure the board will be right behind him as too the players as it is with everybody’s interest that it works out. I'm sure the board don't want to be throwing money away by bringing someone new in.

For all the non believers who can't take this failure and find it not acceptable, it will only add to the problem by replacing him with someone else and going through the same ' want to build my own team syndrome ' and you can't guarantee a change will be any better.

We have to bite the bullet I feel and give him the time he needs.

I you feel that the squad we have now is worse than the squad we had this time last year then fair enough, I understand why you want change. I don't think it is TBH and just because we are not winning games due to one reason or other don't mean we don't have the potential to pull our socks up and turn it around.

This is something I just felt was not possible last term, I was more in the thought to hoping we could hold on to the end of the season with the crap he had.

Ideally Mowbray will stay on and turn things around... There can only be so many "taking it on the chin and move on" moments though , before even the manager admits it's not going to happen for him.. I still feel he'll be given the time to get it sorted and afforded at least the summer transfer window to make more changes , so it's really upto him..

It's been his squad since February and results just haven't been good enough.. There's few excuses for how this season has gone but Im still backing him as I believe in him to deliver over the long term , but if the time comes where he doesn't believe he can do the job then I hope he does resign..

when I say don't mean we don't have the potential to pull our socks up and turn it around. I do mean team performace and building for the future.

The guys who want him to stay, please tell me why? (Don't give me the bullshit about rebuilding a team, our last 2 managers done that and romped the league), it would be different if we were steadily improving..........we're getting worse ffs.

What has been our highlight of the season? Usually by this time of year we can look at memorable goals on YouTube....but there's none to look at! :31:

Strachan was away no matter what mate, the fans turned on him after the lost the dressing room last Christmas (And only then the results turned sour), he was an excellent manager before then.

I`ll be judging him on how he reacts toward the end of the season, if we win the cup and show some fight and desire in the run in then he should get more time.

I just think he`s the unluckiest manager in football, from the second we drew Arsenal in the CL qualifiers to the second the final whistle blew yesterday, zero * luck.

There hasn't been one for me as the season upto now has easily been forgettable.. The way I look at it is - we are where we are right now on the 1st March - stuck in the doldrums.. Do I feel I should dwell on what has been an absolute stinker of a first 8/9 months of TM's tenure and construct every post I put on this forum with that in my thinking , or do I say "right , time to move on as the honeymoon period is well and truly over , even yesterday is now but a memory , and progress needs to start here , no more taking it on the chin , no more excuses or dwelling on bad luck and no more one step forward followed by two back"... A clean slate for TM but he really needs to keep it clean... I want to see a winning team by the end of the season and I also want to see Rassmussen play more and I don't care what wages the loan players are on , I want to see them used sparingly if they aren't here for the long run... I don't see any danger of us finishing outside second place so I'd be happy to see the remainder of the season used to complete the gutting of the squad , and with one addition or two in the summer we can hit the ground running.. Im definately looking forward , not back...

this is mowbray team since feb and i dont see many better players than what he sold. thompson and rogne are no better than caldwell or mcmanus. ki and kamara are worst than robson. they have bit off nice touch and skill but goes missing in games and dont tackle or fight for cause. the lb isn't much better than naylor. plus 4 these players are on loan and i doubt we c any off them at parkhead next season. so where is mowbray grand plan. start rebuilding in summer again with forneign players, so no i dont want him as manager. he lost dressing room in november that why he sold so many in jan. not rebuilding as he put it. has anyone else lost interested in celtic this season.

Away win at Moscow was the highlight for me to be honest. Just becuase we were all expecting another defeat away in Europe. Pre-Season was also great, Wembley Cup was good - got me really excited for the new season.

In short, the season hasn't went the way any of us were expecting or wanting but I personally would like to see Tony Mowbray in charge for another season. I firmly believe that Tony Mowbray would bring us success next season, along with further success in the future.

A moment off the pitch is our highlight.........sums it up man. :54: Sad times.

Last month had to one of the worst to be a Celtic fan in the last 15 years. What an anti-climax. Worse than the Barnes season for me. I just can't wait for July and a new man at the helm.....
