nguemo has been below average all season, cant pass or shoot to save himself and only slows the whole team down. like a bad barry ferguson, also he runs himself into trouble too much

 

a think scot browns hopless but i agree with you on hartley,robson but theres none of they type of player in the scottish game right now so we have to look abroad

 

great tackler but def lacking going forward cant see how him and crosas can possibly be in same side

The best football Celtic played last season was when N'Guemo and Crosas were playing together in the centre of midfield.

 

Totally agree with this, was the only midfield partnership that worked at all last season, actually looked like they knew how to play with each other.

 

i like crosas with nguemo but id like to see ki there

 

Neither of them is going to get goals though.

We need a box to box type like Petrov or Burley.

Only one out of Landry, Crosas and Brown ever needs to be in our midfield if you ask me and Crosas is the best passer of the three.

Whether it's worth taking the punt on Landry I'm not sure.

 

listen m8 how can he be expected to protect our defence when we have under mowbary 7 players attacking, then get caught on the counter,its 1 man against 3 or 4 ,it was down to the way we were set up,proven now by us conceding less since lennon took over.

 

totally agree mate ,lots of sheep here just following what a couple have said after ngwemo had a poor game.

 

spoke with Nguemo's brother yesterday as i was having my BBQ ( he related to my neighboour ) Apparently nguemo is stalling on a contract at Celtic because he thinks he is going to have a good world cup and could DOUBLE his money,also Nancy want 1.8million and Celtic have bid 1.2Million, so looks like no deal either way, because he doesn't want to sign untill after the world cup, and by that time,if he has a good or bad world cup he will either go to an English team or Celtic will have a new manager in place and most probably pull the plug on the deal,this looks dead.

Interestingly enough, just out of politeness i said that Nguemo was a good player and his own brother said no he's not good, that he was BETTER than Nguemo and he has a lot to learn and isn't yet ready to move to Celtic * and thats his brother stating that,although speaking to him there did seem a hint of jealousy from him.

I think if you take out brown, put in reid(or another decent forward playing midfielder) alongside McGeady then our midfield will have goals in it again, a ballwinner(NGuemo) and a deepsitting playmaker(Crosas)

that's exactly it, nguemo was expected to do the work of 4 men cause mowbray kept subbing defenders and midfielders and putting on strikers.
for what its worth in Lennons 8 league games in charge we got 24 points and had goals conceded of 6, in mowbrays last 8 league games we got 16 points and goal conceded of 11, and for all his attacking we scored 16 goals in tony's last 8 games and 19 under Lennon.

Nguemo would be good in a steady team with a solid defence, he can only get better.

 

Lol a good world cup? and if he has a bad one he will come back here expecting the wage he was on but if he has a good one he wants more.. go take a run and jump!

PMSFL thats the best of it, he doesn't play for anyone, in fact he looks a bit poor if you ask me, he said that he knows Nguemo is rich but has warned him that he has pride and never to offer him money LOL

 

Well this is another one the board are going to * up. He will have a good world cup and will be off to the premiership. IMO better player than crosas better tackler and crosas passing is overated.

 

Listen guys hees no-where near good enough, although he runs about and works hard he cant pass a ball, he gives possesion away, and doesnt offer anything going forward(remember us at ibrox after christmas 4 of us on 2 of the ORG'S.) IMO crosas should be in, hees the best passer of the ball we have and can offer more than nguemo going forward, also the price Nancy are looking for is ridiculos

 

Hope he doesn't sign. He's not good enough. Would still much rather have Gomis from Dundee United
