We got gubbed by Aberdeen this time last season 4 2,a whole year on and the defence is actualy worse you can say what you want but our back ups are not good enough for the spl at present.school boys errors everywhere
yesterday showed and you have to put this down to training.
if TM is a good manager am coco the clown as he must be getting some sort of good out of our defence and that is just not happening

how spoilt some guys must be on this board. if we gonna lose the league, so what? happened so many times before. are we gonna sack every manager if they fail to win the spl?

I'm sad to see fellow celts don't measure everything by the same yardstick. WGS was some kind of messiah, whereas TM is a dog, a nobody, an * etc. funny thing the season ain't over yet... why doesn't TM deserve the same support as WGS? why can't we back all players and staff members?

it's always easy to point a finger at somebody or something after a failure.

Strachan was a huge success until he lost the dressing room last Christmas.

If this hadn't have happened we'd be on our way to 5IAR IMO.

    Mugga must go.

    We got a pint yesterday

I don;t want to be picky , but this time last year we got 'nil poiint' at this game , yesterday we got 'one point'!

Question is that not an improvement!!!!

There's losing the league and then there's being a stupid amount of points behind a threadbare Rangers side who haven't signed anyone in 18 months.

We've won 4 away games since September (The vast majority relegation candidates), he's not got a clue how to set up his team against the better teams in the league, he's simply not good enough.

    Here the whole time
if njuries are your excuse, and it is just that when the huns spout it we dismiss it,then the question could also be why so many niggles and strains cause they are not all the result of shocking tackles in a game.this could be down to poor training and a questionable medical team.which ultimately are also a managers responsibility

just curious.. guys that name themselves celtic fans but that don't like TM are some kind of celtic (excluding TM) supporters? or are guys that like him TM and not celtic supporters? :icon_mrgreen:

back to the future.. erm.. topic: doesn't make a difference to me to be honest. on the other hand I can imagine everyone would be extremely devastated and hungry for redemption next season. hungry for success.

There are plenty good managers out there like Mark Hughes, Owen Coyle and Roy Hodgson to name but a few.

Any would be better than the Punch and Judy we have running the show just now :56::56::56:

He should be out if he finishes more than an acceptable amount of points behind Ragers.

Personally I would get him out unless he wins the league (Which looks very unlikely).

    He's a joke.

clutching at straws with one point we could have lost that yesterday aswell, am pointing out that our defence one year on is worse in my eyes we are no further forward

so do you think we have improved since then????

Mowbray has even harder job of keeping the dressing room, we lost every bit of leadership we had this January. Biggest mistake this season, in my opinion.

I see no point in sacking Mowbray now. Not even in the end of season.

MON created a squad in one season - Treble and romped the league.

WGS managed to do it in an even bigger fashion - Double and romped the league.

Mowbray has had the easiest job of the lot, money to spend where his rivals couldn't, and he's failed big-time.

at the end of the day it doesn't matter if we lose the league with a gap of 30 points or 1 point. the huns are far from being a brilliant team, but our problems haven't started this season, some of their roots go back 2-3 years.

I'm willing to give TM a chance and also think he should be here next year. what do you recommend mate? getting a new manager in? what if he fails to win the league in his first year too? sack him and get another one and so on?

He's ruined any potential team chemistry himself by saying 'I need 10 new players' 'these players aren't good enough', which IMO were just excuses to buy him time until the January window, well the window has came, he's got a very decent standard of player in, and he's still failing.

IMO he'll be out at the end of the season, most of the fans won't want to renew their season book with him in charge.

Totally embarrassing to be that amount of points behind that mob.

Alan Curbishley is out there on a free and he had similar record to WGS and MON before the came here. Keeping small clubs not only in the EPL but in the top half and getting into Europe. Just like Southampton and Leicester, Charlton got relegated the moment he left.

He might not be spectacular but I think he would do a good job.
