Love the negative cynicism. It's ok to notice the bad in the game, but to pretend it was all bad is just outright silly. McGeady played a fine game and people who just have it out for the guy can't even admit it. We all have players we don't rate, but at least be man enough to notice when they play a good ninety minutes of football.

Naw its no that the only difference from everybody slating Mcgeady tonight is the fact we won. His dribbling was brilliant but he does nothing with it? Aye taking it past 5 players in the centre circle is were that is needed?

Provided me with entertainment and euphoria. Something Keane failed to do when McGeady put him through on goal.

I'm saying * off because tonight was arguably our best performance of the season and you come on here and spout that nonsense?

In an instance like tonight, you should remember what your mummy taught you, "if you can't say something nice, don't say it!" :bbpd:

I am building an impression that Keane is another quality but not high scoring forward. I still think in the summer we need to add another proper poacher (Rass is one but one is not enough). Personally I wouldnt have sold skippy.

Yeah MCGeady had no end product tonight apart from skinning 2 players and playing Fortune in perfectly to score

I think Kamara in more advanced role would score goals.

Passing was ALOT better than last week we had the odd stray pass but last week we were all over the place by means of passing.

Robbie Keane..come on man how many chances can you miss?! Need to get sharper n score from open play.

Kamara had a good performence as did Braf and was nice to see Rogne coming on as a sub, didnt have much to do but least it gets him some game time.

Overall think we had a good performence at least were starting to see some consistancy from Fortune.

Mcgeady took the ball past 3-4 players and set up our second. mabye if he and others didn't have to worry about getting dogs abuse from the fans everytime something went wrong they would be more composed.

All in all good but keanes lack of finishing ability is worrying, if if we hadn't won tonight i wouldn't have been happy with him tonight:38:

Still was ok tonight i still can't believe ramussen was left out he was the first name on everyones team-sheet. :97:

Haven't seen any highlights but from what I saw of the game McGeady passed/crossed to others at least 4 clear cut chances. Looked good in the second half especially driving through the middle. I'm not sure what peoples expectations are of McGeady and it's fair to say that he hasn't been on form but tonight he looked sharp and was definitely our most creative influence.

Putting it in perspective, and given that results have been hard to come by, I think this was one of our best performances this season and that was down to more than a few players playing well. Aiden McGeady was certainly one of them.

Second half Celtic were absolutely amazing, some of the best I've seen in a long time. Didn't see the point in putting sammy, not necessary. Thought Thompson played really well tonight too and McGeady got his act together in the second half possible MOTM performance.

    More of this celtic please
