If he can work on his pace and be a little more comanding in the air, he will be good for us. He really needs to work on his pace though.

Saying that he's only 18, good prospect in my opinion.

 

Making a wholesale judgement on an 18 year old CB is nonsense FFS! He does need to work his pace but he's got a good no-nonsense style and will be a big player for us!

 

Get a grip hes 18 and i think he has done well. Of course there is improvement needed but he still a teenager FFS.

I think he has been fantastic to be honest, and would love to see him week in week out beside Jos. IMO he's a much better defender than Loovens

 

I would go as far to say out if the 4-6 performances he has had he has shown more promise than any other CB in our team. So get a grip and hold your judgement on an18 your old, recently turned I rhnk too. Great prospect IMO

poitnless thread here. hes 18, already proven to most of the fans that he is better than the rest of our CBs, and he is a good 10 years off his best. hes gonna get stronger, hopefully faster, better in the air, more experienced.

 

c'mon the lads 18 ffs and in all honestly he was the best of our CB's last night though fair enough Hoovield was injured for the goal

This is based on what 3 games 2 of which was a sub appearances, get a grip!

He hasnt had much experience in a first team and he hasnt had a settled partner either, or full back for that matter. Give the lad time to bed in and gain experience, what you wanting from him to be the next Maldini!
