We had 30million worth of strikers and a "10mil" winger up against players who are on £500 a week and we still couldnt score. That has been the story all season, Now i have rangers fan mates and ive prob had around 50 text messages since last night, and about 1000 all season, slating our team but mostly our manager. Im Humiliated, its as simple as that.

Totally agree mate its really beginning to look like the problem isn't the players but the management staff.

TM looks as if hes run out of ideas which was eveident with the Scott Brown substitution.... theres always next year i suppose :54:

Gotta put up with all the orcs in my work now.... smashin:31:

I know, it just feels like every week were getting more embaressing, throwing scott brown on at left back with 15mins to go in a must win game would get any manager the sack.

How can you blame Mowbray? Its not his fault Mcgeady and Samaras missed sitters againts Rangers. Not his fault Samaras missed a sitter against Hibs and Hearts at Tynecastle. Yesterday before kick off he was a hero for signing Keane ect. This is a new team half the players havent played with each other.

its a kick in the teeth mate im in the same boat. everyone near me in the office is a rangers fan and all i can hear is laughing at us.

they know they are rotton/on thier * financially and they are winning - we think we are great and boast about how we are in such a better position than them and were utterly gutless.

i went to bed feeling as sick as i did after "helicopter sunday" llast night.

Whos job is it to train the players and make sure they don't miss sitters week in week out, whos job is it to restore these players confidence when they have a bad game or miss a few sitters? Who is supposed to be makin sure each and every player knows what it means to win these games?

Thats what a manager is employed to do and it doesn't seem to be happening.

And what? Point is before kick off everyone was saying he's done great bla bla bla then as soon as the players dont perform Mowbray gets it. New manager, New team guy needs time which he will get as the board arent going to let him spend the cash he has just to sack him.

I agree with that, but our strikers are obviously lacking confidence, so whos job is it to help them regain that confidence?

Mowbray doesn't come into training and just say to the bhoys you earn thousands so you know what your doing so just get on with it.

This man has a big part to play in all this * that is going on and if you can tell me he is getting it right then thats your opinion mate but I have to disagree.

Eh you said Mowbray signed him and I am telling you he never thats what.

Of course its Mowbray that gets it. He put Brown at Left Back FS he never put Rasmussen on. There was no tactics no organisation NOTHING. He never even tried in the last 20mins. Were 1 nil down and he takes of the * left back and puts an attacking midfielder at the back. We need a goal and a bit of drive from midfield and that balloon does that!

Fact is he has a squad full of talent and he doesnt know how to get the team playing!

Who's to say he isnt doing it all the correct way?? and maybe the fact is some of our players just bottle it infront of goal.

What diffrence would Rassmussen have made tho? Fact is last night we didnt really create that many chances. Even tho it was 16/17 attempts on goal, Keane had a couple and Fortune was unlucky they were the only real chances and he brought Brown on ( at LB yes, that confused me aswell ) but he maybe he was expecting him to drive forward. Also to forced changes didnt help.

I think our position in the league, being dumped out of the league cup says that its not being done right. Its up to the manager to get the best out of the players he has. Mowbray just cant get these boys playing, its as simple as that. If the huns were in our position you would be begging them to keep there manager coz he is doing a pish job.

Football is Fickle mate and the buck stops with the man in charge.

We need to win our next five games for Mowbray to show that maybe he is onto something.

When Rangers had Paul Le guen in charge i was worried to begin with. Le Guen had a great reputation and made all sorts of big promises. After a couple of months i was praying they would keep hold of him for as long as possible as he was complete guff. Its starting to feel like the same situation here. We have a fantastic squad. We have some players who i think would get a game in most sides in england or abroad, and yet we cant beat a Kilmarnock team that have struggled to get a win all season.

Im delighted to see Robbie Keane in the hoops, but im seriously starting to wonder what the point is in signing him if we cant create chances. Celtic looked absolutely awful last night and theres no hiding from it any more. We are 10 points behind, the seasons practically a write off, we are now paying the wages of at least four loan players who will most likely disappear at the end of the season if we dont make the champions league and Hibs ar snapping at our heels and looking more like mounting a title challenge than we are.

Mowbrays tactics, training, and all round style of play is no working. He says he doesnt enjoy the job. He looks depressed all the time. If he cant motivate the players he shouldnt be in charge. Simple as that.
