1]Lennon has been in the dugout and he's not now. Doesn't that tell you something?

2]Peter Grant is one man who you can't accuse of lacking heart.

Granty in his day should have Captained Celtic,he was ruthless as a player, not the most gifted but none the less a very passionate player.* Granty was Celtic through and through!

Neil Lennon has how much coaching experience exactly? or does that not matter as long as he shout and bawl from the sideline?

At least Neil was out there giving it lawldy when he needed to!!! Mowbray, Venus & Grant are sitting there motionless as if it's a pre-season friendly.

Don't see the point in Lennon coaching the reserve team.

Fail to see how this could make a significant difference.

Will the defence make no mistakes and the strikers start taking chances if a wee ginger bloke is shouting at them?

Clutching at straws, Lennon's role within the coaching staff isn't the reason guys like O'Dea and Mick are a poor excuse for a centre half and that is the main reason we are leaking goals like a sieve.

Neil Lennon should be more involved.I would never say Grant doesn't have the heart for it.I would like for him to be involved still but when you think about this and all of the guys in the pub agree with me Neil Lennon was constantly on the touchline screaming demanding more from the team.I could count on 1 hand how many times I have seen Grant and Mowbray do that...And also why is Mark Venus here???wat does he actually do?

I personally think it makes no difference at all.. in fact i think its much more productive with his personality nursing back the injured to the reserves and giving the fringe players the motivation to succeed.. you can infact see those benefits at times. This is where lennon is best suited right now all the while he learns himself through closed door games ect.

PS. Mowbray is a shrewd man,,he can be animated at times and other times he shows calmness then others just utter bemusement (because we dominate almost every game) i don't read to much into his touch line antics.

Don't you think that's abit childish and immature? What will Lennon do to make a difference?

Okay, so what your saying is, it doesn't matter what someone shouts on the sidelines, as long as their a) bawling at the top of their lungs, and b) seen to be doing so by the crowd?

Sorry, but that's a load of *, when that fails to work, i'm sure the tune will change to "he doesnae know * all man, get him tae *".

Lennon is coaching the reserves because that's his level at the moment. You just need to look at clubs in England to see what happens when ex-players are fast-tracked into positions above their ability.

As for Venus and Grant, like most coaches, they will do most of thier work on the training field.
