    One thing that does annoy me is guys acting like they are Irish, when they've never been there, have no links to Ireland, and have lived in Scotland their whole lives, living off our education system etc. If they love Ireland so much why don't they just * off and live there.

    aye i read the full post, seriously? 'living off our education system' 'why dont they * off and live there' *? how discriminatory can you get.

    so if you feel an affinity with somewhere/something, a country, a culture or even a football team you cant if your not from or born there. some of my mates are massive celtic fans but they have never been to CP or even scotland. by his definition maybe they should * off and live there to support that team, how * ridiculous does it sound. :bbpd:

    personally i don't see the point in taking a saltire to a league game. took one with me when we played arsenal and wore my kilt in hamburg but against the likes of inverness or st mirren i don't see the point in displaying scottishness as it could apply to us and the opposition.

    Also a good point. There were quite a few Saltires in Seville as well.
