Very good performance and I thought Flood, O'Dea and Killer
    Killen were standouts.

I think Killen is the answer to the target man we have needed
for four years now. Better than JVOH imo

Tony Mowbray take a bow my son !

cracking game, if Killen keeps up theres performances id have him in the team every week.

thought the midfield were superb considering there were a few out of position and extremely lightweight.

    Samaras determination was immense

Zaluska also had a few good saves and i feel alot better having him in the squad than Brown.

special mention to Paul Caddis who i think was sensational today.

after this performance im actually itching for the season to start and i reckon we will dominate this league this season!

    was petrov but now McManus
i thought everyone was brilliant today. Crosas was a bit nervy to begin with but i thought he improved as the game went on. Flood was getting about them.Mizuno worked them hard.samaras even did well. Actually thought mccourt looked like kenny dalglish out there and he was my stand out.

Big up for the crowd today, i was there and it was fookin great crack, it was bouncing in the foyer and a real good vibe... More tims there than the rest put together & doubled :celt_2:

great game today very enjoyable to watch, loved big sammy workin his socks off he did well at keeping the ball/getting the ball back when he lost it with his big skinny slide tackle legs lol, someone said a few posts back he tried to play like mcgeady and lost the ball...uhm mcgeady loses the ball 60% of the time also :)

What a great match today. It really brought out the weaknesses of the Spurs especially since they don't have a formidable CB right now. Our first goal was class - the cross was spectacular. From there, we never looked back.

Great game....I was particularly please with Sammy, Caddis, O'Dea and Zaluska....all looked solid. Killen was alright but IMO he still did not do enough apart from getting the goal....did not hold the ball up very well and did not bully the young Spurs defence like Sutton or Hartson would have.

Also Mizuno had a poor game....but maybe cause he played out on the left and I could see his left foot is totally rubbish...he never even considered attempting a cross on his left foot.

But the biggest disappointment was Danny Fox...looked very average at best and thats being lenient. I heard lots of people say he has a great left foot and was excellent at dead balls....but I thought his crossing was poor and his corners were even worse. Alright I know it was a friendly and it was his first start but I am just judging him from what I see of him...not saying he is a bad player, just his first impression is that he is no better than Naylor.

The atmosphere was absolutely fantastic, this is the best pre-season friendly I've attended so far. Celtic outclassed and outwitted Tottenham Hotspur on the pitch. The fans also outwitted the Tottenham fans lyrically and with their extensive vocal range and great repotoire of songs.

At first I thought the small crowd of Al Aly supporteres were going to be the most vocal crowd at Wembley (during their match against Barcelona) but Celtic supporters have shown once again their great vocal range and innovative singing. Its true, we are the best fans in the world ! I am honoured to be one them.

Congratulations Celtic FC, Ive' been jumping up and down since yesterday and been singing. Mum's fed up of my singing ! I can't help it.

    Hail, Hail
Celtic , we love you !

    * Bless everyone!

Don't want to * on Samaras' parade here, (even though I'm usually defending him!) I don't know who that centre-back for Spurs was but that was absolutely suicidal leaping in like that. Who was that?

Good finish and good pace with the ball although took it a wee bitty too wide. :50:

A youth player, they had no recognised CB so they had a youth and a rightback playing in the centre.

Just got back this morning, brilliant trip :icon_mrgreen:.

We defo had more fans than Spurs there, bit of a disgrace on there part really with it being on their doorstep. Somehow I couldn't see them doing that at Hampden.........Only heard one song from them the whole 90 minutes aswell, terrible fans.

What other team would bring 20 odd thousand down for a friendly? Sure Man Utd have the bigger fanbase (Full of glory hunters) but the continued support and loyalty of the Tic fans is unmatched IMO.

Great support for Big John yesterday aswell :50: I'm sure the big man appreciates it.

More of the same on Wednesday, Celtic!
