I was going to school and passed into my mates and still can remember the shock. Sadly my mate passed away last year.

was working in the shipyard in govan.

    Still makes me feel sick.

Not the fact the lowlife * signed for the huns, but the manner that he humiliated us in the process.

Just shows how * our board and manager (caesar) were to parade a guy before the contract was signed.

The guy was a *, remember a league cup final against the huns and he got sent off, blessed himself on way down tunnel, Danny McGrain later revealed that he was the only catholic player who never went to mass that day.

I remember more the headline in the paper with him with a mock Rangers top on as front page news to what was going to happen. I was on the way down to North Berwick on a train when I saw the paper. I didn't believe it. I remember going to the cup final that year and singing his name whilst looking forward to the next season starting. I don't hate him though like most of our fan base. But i'll never forget how he made me feel at that time. gutted doesn't cover it. I remember having the ' Forgive me father for I have sinned ' T-shirt

Not to steal your thunder 1967 but I think the exact day was the 10th of July.

Where did those 20 years go. I'm getting old

    Would've been a Monday, so I would've been in school (Primary 4, I think).
