    Always thought Lasse Schone was the better player.

    Bit of an age gap, in fairness. I think we should go for Schone, said in here before. He was on the bench for them tonight, 30 now but could be a Lubo-esque signing, IMO. Maybe not on his level but he could have a similar sort of impact. Clever player who can take a set piece and score goals.

    Seen on SSN today in an interview with Andy Walker that they were talking about signing Paddy on a perm deal.

    Thought this was only the usual pish hearsay stuff but if SSN are questions about it then there must be some truth to it perhaps.

    It would make sense for them to give us a decent deal with a buy back, let the boy grow as a player here for another year or 2, learning from Brendan and getting CL football.

    English clubs sadly couldn't care less about a players development though, all about the here and now and who's offering the most wonga.

    Gohkan inler I know he's just turned 32 but is a quality player still, never got a look in at Leicester last year due to drinkwater and kante.

    I've mentioned that a few time's, and hopefully we arrange something early enough so that he doesn't tear it up and they Denayer him to a better league. The fact we've got Champion's League football MUST give us a glimmer of hope that they'd be willing to send him back up next year..

    I suppose mate, but say they were opposed to a loan and offered us him at say £5m with a buy back clause for £10m if he keeps improving(which he will). We'd be mad to knock it back.
