    Wigan Athletic are among the latest to join the race for Bristol Rovers striker Matty Taylor, according to the Sun, via the Coventry Telegraph.

    The 26 year-old has emerged as one of the hottest properties in the Football League after a prolific season for The Gas, which helped them into League One.

    Latics manager Gary Caldwell is said to be a huge fan of the forward, though the likes of Leeds United and Celtic are believed to be casting a watchful eye over his situation.

    The striker started his career with Oxford United, who also gained promotion along with Rovers, where he only made 7 appearances between 2007 and 2009.

    2 quality wingers although Roberts is still here.
