I know. He'd be miles better than CKR and Cole.

Thats an interesting shout, he's on loan from Sochaux who are also in ligue 2, makes him more obtainable then if he was on loan from most Ligue 1 sides.

I remember being a big fan of Cummings earlier on this season when I was seeing how many goals he was rattling in, and was kind of hoping we would make a move either in January or in the Summer.

However, for the last month or two I've been able to catch a good few Hibs games for the full 90 minutes, and his general play leaves a lot to be desired.

Should keep tabs on him, but needs a big improvement before he could play for the likes of us.

    Straight to the point. :smiley-laughing002:

I see a good player in him to be honest, just think he would be one of those confidence players though.

We need to be moving up a level or two. Cummings isn't better than Griffiths, he's not even as good as him.

The next striker we sign has to be better than Griffiths.

Callum Paterson at Hearts? I think he's a pretty decent player and Lustig is getting old. Can't hack Ambrose at right back and Janko hasn't been up to much.

We would do well to do that though, anyone better than Griffiths would probably cost far too much.

Xabi Alonso he's no Gareth Barry but he could do a job

He's a big fan of us at 35 why not push the boat out and give it a try if we somehow got him his experience would be invaluable to the younger players maybe even try a player coach role similar to brown

I'd look to do as much business down south as we can. Some leaving some moving the other way.

    Marc Wilson at centre back.
Loans Michael Hector from Chelsea, Cameron Borthwick-Jackson from Man United,

James Henry from Wolves. would help toughen up wide midfield.

Jon Flanagan from Liverpool. Victor Moses and Manuel Lanzini from West Ham,
    Michael Jacobs from Wigan.

Out would go Blackett, Ambrose, Stokes and Boerrigter to begin with.
Ambrose and Stokes £2million between them.

Janko is one who could go, Lustig and Kazim Richards. If we could get £3million in for those, then their's £5million and wages off the books.

I'd be open to offers for Bitton, Rogic and Johansen. Say you sell all three and be bold.
£15million all in + the £5million gives £20million to spend on wages.

Big wages are the way to go, 10 out 6 in 2 loans. Number of ways to go but getting the squad down and bringing in guys who can cope with the physical side of the qualifiers is what we could be doing with.

Lanzini has had a great season with West Ham and is on loan from a side from the UAE, most likely paying him megabucks. How could Celtic possibly get him?

Like your way of thinking but the board will never put anyone on a big contract to attract good quality. It's embarrassing that we don't do this as we should be reaching the champions league last 16 every season. But ultimately this club isn't going to be buying quality or even try buy quality like that. Sadly the clubs in rapid decline. Almost finished.
