    There is no harm in scouting using Football Manager, the players ratings are decided using the fans opinions so its a reasonably good way of finding diamonds in the rough, provided the players are properly scouted afterwards!!

    Andraz Sporar for Hooper, Todor Nedelev as the left winger (can play either side) Szymon Pawlowski for deliveries down the right. Commons can play on the left as can Sammy, Watt and Stokes.

    The outlay for those three might be anything between 2.5 - 5million.

    I put up videos of the other guys before, but here's one for Pawlowski, who's the kind of guy you'd see at Dortmund, at 26 he's a bit more experienced than the other two.

    Nedelev is just going to be unsignable in 12 months time. Already on 7 goals in 6 games with 2 assists.
