    And why say it? How about because it will take pressure off themselves, it may make supporters rush to renew thinking they could miss out and the fact that unless its an official investigation anything the Huns would say could easily be dismissed by the club.

    if after a few weeks the same seats appear empty, then we deserve an explanation as to why the club told a blatant lie. furthermore if our club will lie about something like this, what other lies have we been told.

    If the club has lied they have commited an illegal act.

    They are not allowed to make fictional claims which directly relate to our financial position or that could be misconstrued by the stock market as it would give us a false share price. They haven't lied, the level of season ticket sales will be the same or greater than last year.

    They haven't said there is none left, just they are selling well. So therefore people may rush to buy one of the 'remaining few'.
