Question is in the title. If you do, explain what your perception of Celtic minded is please.

    Poll to be attached.

Edit: In the poll, 'no' means that you don't think being Celtic minded is important in terms of who the new manager is.

No it has no impact on whether they can do the job or not.

For me personally success towers over everything else.

I will say though I'd probably rather he did purely to peacify those that want it and we don't have to hear nonsense like 'he doesn't care or know what it feels like to be a Celtic fan'.

if he gets us good players has us playing good football, and also more importantly ?

winning trophies? it doesnt bother me all this (celtic minded pish tbh_ make celtic succesful and we will enjoy life even better. but i wish they would get the finger out soon and appoint someone as im fed with us being linked to everyone in sight.

Right now, the most important thing is a manager who has good coaching abilities. Good motivational techniques and the ability to be tactically astute. Someone who realises the financial restraints we currently have. These things are more important than someone who is actually a fan of the club.

That's what I mean by 'no'. I'll edit my original post.

I voted yes, but not because I want to see a Celtic supporter or ex player come in. To me Celtic minded is an approach, Its attractive, attacking football that wins trophies and thats what I want to see.

Don't care and it's immaterial to the job he needs to do.

Celtic minded is just a phrase for attractive attacking football that celtic fans want to watch which any new manager should be able to adopt especially in the spl with perhaps a more measured approach in europe but first and foremost whoever the new manager is he will have to have all the supporters behind him and give him time to mould his team so we can regain the championship.

It doesn't matter to me whether the new boss is a Celtic fan or not just as it didn't bother me when we signed ex-huns Miller and Pressley. It did bother me that they were both * though.

If it's the right man, give him the job. I don't (And the board certainly don't) give a * about whether he's a Celtic man or not. I don't see many people employed by Virgin because they've never had it, or becoming Chief Exec of M&S because they're called Mark Spencer, this is no difference.

Don't care either way as long as he does a job for the club. Could have added a third option to the poll maybe?
