Someone earlier on said he was a guest of Vata...I dunno if that's a solid fact though, just assumed they knew it for a fact

 

i would love slaven bilic to get the job although does seem to be touting himself a bit, the way the board are we will end up with slaven.......bernie

 

Bilic has done no more in football than Coyle and Mowbray to justify getting the job..

It's understood West Brom boss Tony Mowbray and Dundee United gaffer Craig Levein top the short list. Mowbray has a compensation clause in his deal that would require Celts to pay more than £1.25million.
If they feel he is the right candidate they will shell out and allow him to bring in his own backroom staff.
Levein's track record has also impressed the Celtic board and he is seriously in the frame.
They will be joined by two more names and it seems all will four be interviewed by Hoops chiefs.
Roy Keane has not been ruled out and Alan Curbishley has also been considered. That list, however, will not include the likes of Croatia manager Slaven Bilic, West Ham coach Steve Clarke, Frank Rijkaard or Swansea's Roberto Martinez.

Mark Guidi is a tube. I wouldn't waste your time reading anything into the * he writes. Guidi reckons Bilic wouldn't come to Celtic because Croatia are in the middle of World Cup Qualifiers, when Bilic has obviously told his agent that he WOULD be interested in taking the Celtic job. Unless Rudi Vata has been speaking without Bilic's consent which is highly unlikely.

Two more of Guidi's terrific observations regarding Celtic are:
