    What has Owen Coyle ever done to be favourite? A good one-season in the championship. Not exactly the standard I am looking for.

    No-one really stands out. Owen Coyle would probably be my choice from what is there. I read in the paper not long ago that the Polish guy Smuda had been lined up to take over this summer...could turn out to be true.

    lol his training methods seem a bit bizarre though
    Psycho Co

    Adriaanse is famous for his controversial training approach. At Willem II, he once ordered his whole squad to follow him by car, while they drove 13 km away from their training ground. At a remote spot, all players had to give their car keys to Adriaanse. Then he drove back to town, while the squad had to run in front of his car. Back at the training ground, the players got their car keys back. However, since their cars where still parked far from the training ground, they all had to walk back another 13 km.[2] At AZ Alkmaar he once ordered the whole squad to search for Easter eggs during the training. They looked for an hour until Co Adriaanse finally revealed there were no eggs hidden. [3] Adriaanse already had these strange training methods at the start of his career, because when he was a youth trainer at Ajax, he sometimes ordered his players to lay on the ground. Then a teammate (with football boots on) would run over the bodies.[4] Because of all these infamous incidents, Adriaanse is sometimes nicknamed Psycho Co.

    So far all the names mentioned are * as far as I can see apart from Billic and Moyes but we wont get them!!! McGhee is a crap manager that has had one good season. Curbishly might be a sneaky choice with abit of Martin O'neil style to him to the way he gets the best from his team. Levien isnt the man either.

    We want a good manager not a stop gap. we need someone thats not afraid to tell the players that there not good enough....Roy Keane would have been a great choice to do that but hes gone!!

    Mowbray favorite with lad brokes.
    John Collins is up there too.

    Im really worried about this. I think we will struggle for a good while now unless we can get a decent manager and provide him with some good money.

    Owen Coyle;

    "I didn't know there was a vacancy at Celtic," he said.
    "It's flattering that people mention your name, but I'm with Burnley.
    "I'll concentrate my job on what I am doing here, and long may that continue."
