Bellamy or Zurawski

Ballamy is a better player than Zurawski, not a helluva lot in it but enough to tell me if I was in charge, I would rather have Bellamy.

i said bellamy then and nothing has changed my mind,bellers was and is just pure quality and a lot of teams in the EPL and CL will find it very hard dealing with him as he's always in your face and has such a low center of balance he turns defenders before they know whats happened he's in on your goal

Agreed. Bellamy was was a far better player, no doubt abut that. In fact, unfortunately I think we're weaker up front right now than we've been in over a decade.

 

Are you guys mad, bellamy wasn't interested in playing for Celtic, he only wanted to have silver ware to his name. what did he do for us? how many goals did he score? and a good example of this was not staying at celtic. In contrast, Magic scores goals (big ones) and he wants to play for the club for what it is. Bellamy is gready and is only interested in himself

The question was 'who's the better player', not 'who's the more commited player'! And anyways, theres no such thing as loyality in the game any more - if Zurawski gets a better offer he'll leave, as will every other player in the squad. That offers from clubs like Liverpool aren't coming in for Zurawski tells it's own story.

 

That dosen't matter, if you have a commited player they are going to preform well. Are you not interested in having players playing for the club who are loyal and want to play for Celtic.

i said Zurawski when the thread was started... and I still think like that...
maybe because i've seen more Zura than Bellamy in my life... I can only regret that Magic came to Celtic so late... he had his greatest years in Wisla.. that was SOME player! and he is still some player... and i'm still waiting for him to show the best of Magic in the Celtic jersey
