Fair enough gambling, but this guy has gambled wrongly more often than not. 15 million is a lot of money to us considering we're buying players that cost 1 and 2 million, and the most we've spent under WGS has been 4.4. He's probably wasted 25 million if you include the other duds (Virgo, Camara, Telfer, Mark Brown) and the wages they were/are on.

Most people were happy at the signing of Gravesen and Jarosik to start with, they didn't work out but I don't think anyone could have predicted that and I'm sure it's been quoted that we didn't pay anywhere near the £3million reported in the press for Donati.

Every manager makes good and bad signings.

We've had ups and downs with GS (currently severely down), like I said earlier, at the end of the season, whether we win or lose, I think it's time to get someone else in as I think GS has taken us as far as he can.

It doesnt matter what team your at there will allways be duds ,aye we have had a fair share of them ,but if ie ,we are looking at a left back cos thats the one that seems to rile most on here ,the word QUALITY gets used ,how much does quality cost ,probaly the full seasons budget ,gone are the days when celtic are going to pay 6 million on a player ,the wages kill teams ,and it wont happen here ,so what do they do ,they gamble ,hoping this player works out ,there is actually a making of a good team there ,whether GS is the man to take this forward i dont know .

Not everyone that criticises Strachan is part of an "anti-Strachan brigade".

OTT criticism is not on, but some of the points raised are genuine concerns that have been raised over the course of the season, not just based on this one game.

At the end of the day all of us want the best for Celtic, we may disagree with what is best but we want the same thing.

I just don't think Strachan can take us any further, and if truth be told, this year we are a worse team than last season when all we want as supporters is to see improvements to the squad and especially the starting 11 year on year.

ricroc he put out a team that no one agreed with AGAIN! cmon now.
and it never paid off and who were the decent subs? mcgeady shouldv been on from the start. n hat did naylor do when he came on that odea couldnt do? same with samaras for hessilink? me n you could do what strachan done today,
the bottom line is strachan gets paid a lot of money to do the job hes in. he bought the players he picked the team its up to him to mastermind a victory in this important game...... he never done it, his fault, the blame lies nowhere else.

im not anti-strachan, im pro-Celtic ok and i will be supporting celtic long after strachans gone, for the benefit of the club he needs to go.

    enuff said! NEXT!

You are right Danni ,this is the worse football ive seen in this league ,a good team would have wrapped this up 2 months ago .

Regarding GS ,I think he is going anyway ,i dont think all is well as we think in paradise ,regarding monies ,but i tip my hat to him for hanging around and taking pelters of the fans but still managed to a job that no other manager has done since Stein.

Who do Celtic go for ,money talks ,how far do they want to go ,money talks .:50:

let's face it... it's the whole ''anti-strachan brigade'' thing that's getting boring! Starting to think you bhoys are scared of change... won a few titles yes, but let's be honest some marginally and some with no competition at all.

i'll give him credit where credit is due (you all know what he's done in 3 yrs so i'm not going to tell you') but as Danni said... he's set the bar as high as he can jump and now we need a better jumper!!

Dodgey decissions have been much to apparent all season. the cracks are just starting to show a bit too much and things need freshened up big time at the club... at all levels.

Let's win the league... then WGS can leave on a high... that's the least he deserves!!

Watching Madrid lose 3-0 tonight on SS and the commentator said Juande Ramos will definitely be off at the end of the season. That's the type of manager we should try and get. Won't need to pay any clubs a * thing. We'll go for * Billy Reid or Tony Mowbray instead.

i personally don't see what he could bring to us that GS hasn't.
