I'm going to talk to my boss and try and get my shifts at work changed about so I can get to most home games next season (I work most weekends ) so im thinking about getting a season ticket. Only problem is I wont have all the cash for about another fortnight. Do you reckon there will be plenty of decent seats left? Im 20 years old not in education so im going for a normal * full season ticket, how much is this likely to set me back? I will have saved 400 cash by Friday 550 by a fortnight on Friday.

I would be confident of getting a very decent seat even in a fortnights time, mate. They're going to have to get around 7-8000 NEW ST holders in that time to make things tight. I can't see that happening.

I think that I pay the highest price (I'm right on the halfway line in the NS) of the non-exec seats and I'm sure it's around the £550 mark. I used to sit in 411 (NE Corner) and it was around £80 cheaper but was also a fantastic view.

 

I called last week and was told I could get a seat today as a first time buyer, again I went through a fiver credit on my phone just to then be told I can't get one today it's now Wednesday, the whole thing is such a money making scam, everytime you phone you get a different answer.

I think ill head over to the ticket office fortnight on friday then, i was just worried all the decent seats would be gone by then, i'd rather wait till ive got plenty of money and have my pick of the seats. If i watch the money ill be able to get together 600 quid by then.

I think it's Wednesday when they tell you, I put my form in, first season ticket in about 10 years, so hope I get this sorted.

I can't stress this enough, folks, if you possibly can, go into the office rather than trying to sort things out on the phone.

As I posted on my TO rant thread, I must have spent hundreds of pounds on petrol and phone calls trying to sort out their * ups.

One year I even got my sons and my own CL packages for nothing as compensation for their incompetence. It wasn't really for nothing as they had already cost me £70 from my bank.
