    Mayby that's a good image?

Silent majority lol, whats that supposed to mean. Is this the majority who sit and do as they're told, unable to decide for themselves what's right and wrong?

So has this been an issue for the past 20 years, or is it just being brought to light now? Would you have been asked to leave even 5 years ago for bringing a Palastine flag to the game?

It has been brought to light more so now because of the situation in Palestine yes maybe Palastine flags have been flown in the past but Celtic have been trying to stamp out all of this in recent times why don't you just accept thats the way it is and go watch football. If you are that passionate about Palastine matters do it in your own way and time. The bottom line is it has nothing to do with Celtic FOOTBALL Club

That is a really ignornant comment. The Basque people have a rich and proud History that dates back to 5,000bc you should really read up on their history.

Thats like the English sayin that Scotland isnt a real country. Maybe the reason they bring it is because the Basque and Irish people have a lot in common, and its done out of solidarity.

Can i ask you what the harm is if someone brings a nations flag? How are people offended by the Basque Flag? If anything it just adds colour.
Scotland, the land where blessing yourself is a crime, and also waving a nations flag is also.

A few have said that the GB should be watching the game and not "doing the huddle" or jumping up and down etc. Surely if you were watching the game, you wouldn't actually notice/pay attention to the flags ?
Works both ways, you know :50:

No it isn't. Because technically, Basque isn't a real country, the people may want to be a free country. But it's not. Scotland is.

There's no harm in the actual flag itself. It's the reasons people the bring flag which are harmful.

Because it was never like that, and shouldn't be heading in that direction. You can't really suggest the Celtic is just another football club and only football matters should be allowed to be disscused in and around the club?

I personally am not that passionate about Palastine, but some people are and i don't think they are wrong to be, so why turn them away from the club they also love, or discriminate against them for sharing their views on a subject that has global support anyway. It's not just palastine, football in general has been a powerfull way to keep important issuse's in the public eye.

Well your completely wrong, they have their own language, culture, music, cuisine, football team and goverment which they also had back in the middle ages.
They would have complete independence if they were given the right to vote on it, which cant be said about Scotland.

Im not trying to have a dig at Scotland but trying to give you an example of how ignorant and offensive your comment would be towards someone from the Basque region. Go read for yourself

    No they wouldn't. And haven't.

Until now the majority of Basques have voted against independence, and even a look at the electoral results show clearly that those in favour of independence are in a minority. The non-independence parties are the majority. It is a greater degree of autonomy rather than full independence that even the nationalist voters there would like to see.

As for the language, it is true that it is unique, but is also minority language even in the Basque country.
